Hello everyone! I am Abir, please read the description carefully before writing me, thank you. If your message shows that you haven’t read the description -due to the high demand- I will have to ignore your request.

Before you write me, please check if the location is suitable for your daily commuting, the flat is in the Ottilienstraße 81827 Munich.

Now let me share some important information with you;

If you do not smoke, and are coming to Munich for an internship where you go to office for work, and if you are searching for a room only for the mentioned limited period, you want to live with only one female flatmate focusing on your studies or career and prefer a calm and clean home then I encourage you to contact me.

The flat is fully furnished, so you don’t need any furniture, the room has 16 m2 furnished with everything, the apartment is very clean and nice, floor heating, bathroom with window and bathtub, kitchen furnished, laundry room in the basement.

You would need to bring your own towels though.

The flat has two rooms only, one is your room and the other is my room. We will share the bathroom, the kitchen and the common garden behind the building.

There is a place to eat for one or two people in the kitchen.

Please write a bit about yourself, what is your job and where? Are you still studying, what would you like to do in Munich? What are your expectations when you live with others and how will you spend your time in Munich or your lifestyle etc...

I also wrote a bit about myself and am looking forward to nice letters with information and to people who are more quiet, clean and busy.

The room can be rented out for a limited period of time only.
Not suitable for anyone who works only from home office. I am searching for someone who would go to work everyday unless there is an exception, but the room is not to be rented for home office people. The room can only be rented by one person.

The landlord offers an official contract with a document for KVR registration.

The flat is located around 7 Km from the center, from the house door to the center could take up to 25 minutes.
The Bus station is 300 meters away and supermarkets are 5 minutes away by foot.

Hello everyone, I am Abir, an artist from Lebanon and I've been living here in Munich since 2017. There is some very important information I would like to share with you, only if you agree with me on them then please write me:

Cleanliness, communication and respect for sharing are very important in any shared home.

It would be great if you had the experience of living in a shared flat apart from the family.

We could sometimes do something together (cooking, eating, cleaning, talking...), but it could also be that I'm very busy for a whole week and hardly see you.

Also very important is the cooperation and taking initiatives, for example removing the garbage and starting the weekly cleaning routine. Communicating about travel plans or presence and absence, whether any visitor is coming and details that are crucial when people live together and not just parallel to each other.

Also asking and having the other’s opinion before inviting a long distance guest or even before using your flatmate’s belongings is something very necessary.

If we make mistakes this is very normal and human, the best way to deal with it is with communication, openness and empathy.
