Ich suche nach einer ruhigen und sauberen ZwischenmieterIn für mein schönes WG-Zimmer in Freimann ab dem 1.08
Die WG befindet sich im Norden von München in Freimann, nur 7 min von der Ubahn Linien U6 entfernt,
die direkt in die City fährt. Zur Uni sind es damit 15min.
Die Wohnung wurde vor kurzem renoviert, mit einer modernen Küche samt Geschirrspüler als auch einem modernen Bad mit Waschmaschine etc.
Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und umgeben von schönen Parks und vielen Möglichkeiten spazieren zu gehen.
In nur 10min kann man mit dem Fahrrad durch den nördlichen Teil des Englischen Gartens fahren und in ca. 15min ist man an der Münchner Freiheit. Der nächste Supermarkt ist nur 5min zu Fuß entfernt.
Aus meinem Zimmer hat man einen wunderschönen Blick ins Grüne - perfekt für den Kaffee am Morgen!
Hallo☺️ I'm looking for a tenant for my WG room starting from 1.08. I'm looking for a quiet and clean person that can take care of my room and enjoy his/her time at the house. The apartment is located in the north Munich in Freimann, only 7 minutes from the U-bahn line U6, direct line to the city centre and Universität in only 15 minutes. The apartment was recently renewed,with a modern kitchen equipped with all the useful facilities as well as the bathroom with a new washmashine.The neighborhood is quite and full of green and surrounded by parks. In only 10 minutes by bike you can reach the north part of English Garden and in only 15 minutes you can visit Münchner Freiheit. Supermarket is only 5 minutes on foot. From my room you can enjoy the beautiful view full of green -ideal for your morning coffee!
