The special thing about the WG is that you have two rooms at your disposal. One bedroom and one study, both about 11sqm in size. My room is ready furnished and actually equipped with everything. Bed, wardrobe, dresser, desk, sofa and desk chair are available and can be used with pleasure. There should be nothing wrong with that. If you want to bring your own furniture or want to stop your things somewhere, our storage room in the basement is suitable for this.
Since I also have a few room plants, I would be very happy to take care of them.
The heat rental including all additional costs (heating, electricity, Internet, etc.) is 450 €.

Das besondere an der WG ist, dass dir zwei Zimmer zur Verfügung stehen. Ein Schlafzimmer und ein Arbeitszimmer, beide ca. 11qm groß. Durch diese räumliche Aufteilung hast du eine Trennung, die echt sehr praktisch ist! Die Fenster sind beide zur Südseite gerichtet, das heißt jetzt wo‘s etwas wärmer wird, bekommst du die tolle Nachmittagssonne ins Zimmer.
Außerdem ist der Blick über Münster und das Barfeeling im Wohnzimmer auch sehr schön und ich fühle mich hier sehr aufgehoben.
Mein Zimmer ist bereit möbliert und eigentlich mit allem ausgestattet. Bett, Schrank, Kommode, Schreibtisch, Sofa und Schreibtischstuhl stehen zur Verfügung und können gerne mit genutzt werden. Da sollte es eigentlich an nichts fehlen. Wenn du selber Möbel mitbringen möchtest/ oder deine Sachen irgendwo unterbingen möchtest, ist unsere Abstellkammer im Keller passend dafür.
Da ich auch ein paar Zimmerpflanzen habe, würde ich mich über die Betreuung dieser sehr freuen.
Die Warmmiete inklusive aller Nebenkosten (Heizung, Strom, Internet, etc.) beträgt 450€.
Da die WG sehr gut ausgestattet ist (neu angeschaffte Waschmaschine, neu angeschaffter Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, WG-Austattung für die Küche -inklusive einer neuen Errungenschaft in Form eines Sofas- etc.) und von deinen Vorbewohnern gut renoviert wurde wäre eine Kaution von 600€ fällig. Die Wohnung befindet sich am Anfang des Südviertels / Hansaviertels. Direkt gegenüber gibt es die nahegelegenste Einkaufsmöglichkeit (LIDL) und eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustür.
Da man in Münster aber sowieso alle Wege mit dem Fahrrad zurücklegt, wirst du die wohl eher selten brauchen (wir sprechen aus Erfahrung). Ansonsten bist du zu Fuß innerhalb von 5 min am Hauptbahnhof und innerhalb von 10 min in der Stadt. Mit dem Fahrrad brauchst du ebenfalls nur 5 min in die Stadt, genauso zum Aasee.
Wenn du in Feierlaune bist und ab und an gerne tanzen gehst, dann ist der Hawerkamp die richtige Adresse. Auch dorthin sind es mit dem Fahrrad nur knappe 10 Minuten.
Im Hansaviertel / am Hafen bist du auch zu Fuß in 5 bis 10 min. Hier findest du viele gemütliche Cafés / Bars / und andere Locations zum Zeitverbringen.
Die WG hat außer deinen Zimmern noch 2 weitere (unsere) Zimmer, eine Abstellkammer, Küche, Bad, gemeinsames „Wohnzimmer" mit unserem Bartisch & einen Balkon.
