We are looking for a new roommate or a new roommate from 23 years of age to rent for our great WG.
A room for intermediate rent is offered in a 5-time WG from 15.03.2025. The interim rent will run at least until October 2025 and maximum until 15.03.2026. Es wird ein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete in einer 5er WG ab dem 15.03.2025 angeboten. Die Zwischenmiete wird mindestens bis Oktober 2025 und maximal bis 15.03.2026 laufen. Der Auszug ist in diesem Zeitraum nach Absprache flexibel. Mein Zimmer ist 16 qm groß mit Schrägen an beiden Seiten. Das Zimmer würde selbstverständlich möbliert vermietet werden. Wie du auf den Bildern siehst, bieten u.a. die lange Kommode und insbesondere das aufklappbare Bett viel Stauplatz. Es ist eine sehr gemütliches Zimmer im Dachgeschoss.
Die WG erstreckt sich über 2 Etagen. Die Wohnung hat eine große Küche (mit Spülmaschine!), die Dreh- und Angelpunkt unserer WG ist. Wir haben ein großes Bad mit Toilette und Dusche und ein Gäste-WC und eine große Dachterrasse, auf der man fast den ganzen Tag Sonne hat. Wir haben hier schon echt schöne Abende zusammen verbracht:)
