Hey,
from February, a room will be free with us in the 12 WG. The room is 14sqm and shows northwest to Steinfurter Straße.
The rent is 360€ warm.
With the room a white Ikea bed and a white desk can be taken over against a small drop.
Our Wg consists of 12 roommates, which sounds a lot but is much more relaxed than it seems!
We are all very different and live according to the motto everything can and nothing has to come together.
However, we are in no case a purpose hunt and like to spend an evening together in one of the two kitchens and consume wine, beer or just food together :)
There's always someone going to make a plan, but if you want to have your rest, this is also possible!
The WG is very centrally located near the York Center. There are a lot of shopping facilities (Rewe, Aldi, Lidl, dm, SuperBioMarkt, ...) - all within walking distance in 5 minutes. Just like various diner shops and gas stations, as well as a ReweToGo, if you notice on Sunday that you're out of food.
The city centre is just 10 minutes away by bike and it is just 5 minutes to the Jüdefelder (Münsters Bar-Straße). The sports campus, the FH and the Mensa on the ring are also easily accessible by bike.
The bus stop Kapuzinerstraße is located just outside the door.
We're a very dear, colorful and big bunch. Everyone is allowed to be as he is and is accepted and respected. We like to do something together, be it cooking, brunching, grilling or a small round through the park. In addition, there are occasional evenings or random meetings in the kitchen and annually the December will be celebrated with a joint bring Christmas dinner.
Celebrating and drinking is also welcome. We occasionally use birthdays or good moods to organize even bigger parties.(Then also with motto and decoration)
If you don't like it and want to rest, it's not a problem at all. We are a lot of people and are happy to be together, yet everyone has their lives and their everyday life - you hardly believe how different 12 daily routines can be.
We have a cleaning plan, so you can take another job every week.

12 people may sound quite frightening. However, we have a very long corridor, at the end of which we find a kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and 2 toilets. This makes it very rare to congest.
In addition, one of the two kitchens is very large, which makes it very much used as a common room or is converted into a dance floor at parties.
We also have a bicycle cellar where you can set your bike safe and dry.
A highlight are our washing and washing machines, which make life much easier.
