The location of the apartment is great. You'll need less than 10 minutes to the FH, the Uniklinikum and the Leo campus. The bus leaves right outside the door and takes you to the city centre in 10 minutes. By bike it is only 5-7 minutes to the Jüdefelder and Kreuzstraße - very practical if the evening is spent in the old town:)
For shopping is the York Center with Rewe, ALDI, Lidl, DM, etc.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Zur FH, zum Uniklinikum und zum Leo-Campus brauchst du weniger als 10 Minuten. Der Bus fährt direkt vor der Tür ab und bringt dich in 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es nur 5-7 Minuten bis zur Jüdefelder und Kreuzstraße - sehr praktisch, wenn der Abend in der Altstadt verbracht wird :)
Zum Einkaufen ist das York Center mit Rewe, ALDI, Lidl, DM etc. direkt um die Ecke.

Your new roommates are Pauline and Julia. Julia studies communication science and goes to the fourth bachelor's semester. Pauline studies high school in the 2nd Master semester

Julia is 20 years old. She likes to travel with friends, to read, to watch trash- TV and to cook. It is always available for common cooking or a common aperol.

Pauline is 24 years old. She's reading a lot more than Julia. She likes to do sports (dancing, swimming, gym) in her free time and likes to cook. Otherwise she likes to go for a drink in the evening, but also finds relaxing evenings with a glass of wine and a film in the WG priceless.

We are not a purpose WG, cook together if possible and enjoy a coffee in the morning or a delicious wine in the evening, if it is time. In addition, we both like to watch trash- TV together: D In between, if one wine has become more, we also go for a party or someone from the WG invites friends to drink. Everything is possible here and no need. If there's anything to be done (check out, etc.), you just tell us and we always find a solution. In general, communication is very important to us, we usually find out what is going on and say if something doesn't fit directly.

We have a cleaning plan that is kept to most of the time. We are not all too precise, and if one does not have time and is a little different, we will just talk for a moment.

You can definitely collect plus points with us if you bring a broom to the WG!;)

Deine neuen Mitbewohnerinnen sind Pauline und Julia. Julia studiert Kommunikationswissenschaften und kommt ins 4. Bachelorsemester. Pauline studiert Gymnasiallehramt im 2. Mastersemester

Julia ist 20 Jahre alt. Sie ist gerne mit Freunden unterwegs, liest gerne, schaut gerne Trash-TV und kocht gerne. Für gemeinsames Kochen oder einen gemeinsamen Aperol ist sie immer zu haben.

Pauline ist 24 Jahre alt. Sie liest noch um einiges mehr als Julia. Sie macht in ihrer Freizeit gern Sport (Tanzen, Schwimmen, Gym) und kocht gern. Ansonsten geht sie abends gerne mal was trinken, findet aber auch entspannte Abende mit einem Glas Wein und einem Film in der WG unbezahlbar.

Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, kochen nach Möglichkeit auch mal gemeinsam und trinken morgens gerne mal einen Kaffee oder Abends einen leckeren Wein zusammen, wenn Zeit dafür ist. Ausserdem schauen wir beide sehr gerne Trash-TV zusammen :D Zwischendurch, wenn aus dem einen Wein dann doch mal mehr geworden sind, gehen wir auch mal feiern oder jemand aus der WG lädt Freunde zum Vortrinken ein. Hier ist alles möglich und kein Muss. Falls mal was anstehen sollte (Klausuren etc.) sagt man einfach Bescheid und wir finden immer eine Lösung. Generell ist Kommunikation uns sehr wichtig, wir informieren uns meist, was so ansteht und sagen, falls etwas nicht passt direkt Bescheid.

Wir haben einen Putzplan, an den sich die meiste Zeit gehalten wird. Allerding sind wir da auch nicht übergenau und falls einer mal keine Zeit hat und etwas abweicht, sprechen wir uns einfach kurz ab.

Pluspunkte kannst du bei uns auf jeden fall sammeln, wenn du einen Besen mit in die WG bringst! ;)

Since the WG is already very well equipped and you hardly have to bring anything with you, a discount of 170 €is due to the fact that in the last few years something has been created again and again:)

Washing machines and dryers are in the laundry room and can be used for the whole home. You can pay with the menu.

You must be KWINGEND STUDIENDER (in Münster) to be able to live here, as the WG is part of a student's home.

The rent is all inclusive, i.e. there is only one fixed rent and no additional costs, Internet is also included in the rental price.

Da die WG schon sehr gut ausgestattet ist und du kaum etwas mitbringen musst, fällt ein Abschlag in Höhe von 170€ an, da in den letzten Jahren immer mal wieder was angeschafft wurde :)

Ausserdem können Schrank und Bett inkl. Lattenrost für 75€ übernommen werden!

Waschmaschinen und Trockner stehen im Waschraum und sind für das ganze Wohnheim nutzbar. Man kann mit der Mensakarte bezahlen.

Du musst ZWINGEND STUDIERENDER (in Münster) sein, um hier wohnen zu können, da die WG Teil eines Studentenwohnheims ist.

Die Miete ist all inclusive, d.h. es gibt nur eine Fixmiete und keine Nebenkosten, Internet ist ebenfalls im Mietpreis enthalten.
