The 24-sqm room is available from 15.02.25. The whole apartment was only renovated 2 years ago, which is why it is modern like your future room. The room has two large windows towards the east. You can see the rest in the pictures :).

The apartment is very central. The basic market is 300m away and walking within 4 minutes. Besides, you're at university within a few minutes.

Unfortunately, Felix leaves our WG as he moves back to his home.
This is why we are looking for a new roommate to 15.2.25.
To us:
I (Paul, 23) study law and currently write my first state exam.
Lina (20) also studies law.
We both like to travel with friends, make sports and the weekend you meet more often in the old town or at the Kamp.

To the WG life:
For a coffee in the kitchen or to cook something together in the evening, we are both always to have.
But it is also important to us that everyone can move back to his room.
Generally, we make sure that the apartment is always clean.
