The room to rent is 13sqm tall and very bright (south side). The view from
Window goes to the green, as there is a small park directly opposite the house. The windows are well insulated, so it is very quiet despite the central location. The apartment is located in the 3rd floor of a multi-family house.
The added photos of the room are older. It was freshly painted and a curtain rod was attached.
The apartment consists of hallway, a spacious kitchen with sitting area, bathroom and two rooms.
My present roommate would like to leave the desk and the bed frame in the room, so there is the possibility to take over it.

The apartment is very central to Warendorfer Straße. It is about 10 minutes walk to the city centre. The nearest bus stop is not a 2min walk away and the main railway station can be reached in 15 minutes on foot.
The apartment is surrounded on both sides by trees, so despite the central location you look into the green.
Restaurants, cafes and a cinema are nearby. The nearest supermarket is about 3 minutes' walk away.

A few words to me:
I am rather calm and introverted, so: Drinnies welcome!
I work as a stage painter for the theatre and I'm at home only in the afternoon and at weekends. Because I have to get out early in the morning, I'm going to bed very early. It would therefore be desirable for us not to have a completely contradictory (work) everyday.
Free space and retreat options are very important to me, but of course it would be nice to cook or do something together if it suits us both. I cook vegetarian/vegan, but I don't care if you handle it differently.
Besides, it's important to me that we both feel comfortable in the apartment.
I love everything related to art, books and creativity. Of course, it's not a must, but some common interests would of course be a plus.

For me consideration, tolerance and communication are essential for a good living together.
