The room looks relatively small at first glance, but it fits everything you need in such a room - also due to the practical storage above the door. In addition, with the orientation to the south from midday it has virtually continuous sun - perfect to grow a small room jungle. The view goes on a very quiet side street with trees and a green island in the middle.
The room is not rented as in the photos, but has no "private items" apart from some furniture. We would take care that bed & wardrobes are in there and see that we are still looking for a few more pieces of furniture that it becomes more comfortable :) (of course only if desired)
Our apartment is divided into two parts. One part includes the bathroom, a small hallway and one of the WG rooms. The other part includes the toilet, the kitchen and the three other rooms - including yours. Both parts are located directly next to each other, but can be reached by two apartment doors.
Info: On the floor there is an e-tool playing person and due to the old house you can hear the bass here too. It is played about 1 hour a day at a time of acquitted.
The house is in the slaughterhouse district. It is very quiet and yet you are by bike in 1 minute on the promenade and then very quickly in downtown. At the bus stops you can walk in 2-5 minutes. The channel is about 10 minutes away. Right around the corner there is an Edeka and nearby also snacks and cafes - so the physical well-being is not too short!
We live an open coexistence. As a constellation, we don't live together for so long. It is very important to us that everyone feels comfortable and can freely express discomfort (and of course also beautiful things!). To meet this form of living together, we regularly try to make WG-Plena. For our food we have kitchen-communism: we share (almost) all foods and (mostly) shopping costs. We often try to cook together or for everyone. This has worked well with our sometimes different food preferences and habits. We also want to deal with all other costs as solidly as possible.
We are third in the WG (two Cis women, one Cis man). Besides, a female Hopi lives with us. You should therefore like dogs, but you are not obliged to take care activities (going, feeding etc.). If you like it, you can bring in.
We are studying and working and partly politically active. We have a need for order and cleanliness in the common areas, which we will meet with our rotating cleaning plan.
As we understand ourselves as a home community, a few more information about the whole bunch: We are 14 people and like to spend our everyday life together - from cooking, barbecue and games to excursions and parties. We also all share a living room. Of course, we rarely spend time together with all 14 people at the same time as we have all different everyday lifes and obligations. Nevertheless, we would like to see a person who likes to be together.
We do not tolerate any discriminatory behaviour of any kind. We need a basic left-wing consensus.
Lastly, we have, fortunately, our own front garden and a larger "main garden" behind the house, which we use and design together with the people from neighbouring houses. Overall, it is very good to live here!
