I am Jana and as I move into my own apartment, look for someone who can take over my room from 01.02.2025. So the ideal time to get to know Münster before the new semester and to taste the benefits of this perfectly located WG!
The room is 18m2 and is cut quite square. The small niche on the east side of the room is perfect for a desk to separate the work area from the rest of the room. Through the large windows, the room is always flooded and welcoming.
I'd be happy to leave you the big wardrobe for a small discount.

The apartment is large for three people and with 120m2 WIRKLICH and offers you with the huge living room a great opportunity for movie and play evenings, or to drink something with your friends. The location in the trendy Kreuzviertel is unbeatable and ensures that you are walking within 5 minutes at the next Rewe or in 15 minutes either in the city centre or at the castle. The 2 minutes away bus stop will take you to the station within 10 minutes. The promenade is also right in front of our front door and you are fast by bike at all important places in Münster.
In total, the area extends over 1.5 floors, where your future room and Viki's room are placed together with a full bath (in which we shower) on the lower half floor. On the first floor there is the large living room with balcony, the kitchen, another full bathroom and the room of Niklas. The apartment also has a floor heating, which ensures a pleasant warmth on the whole floor in winter. In the backyard we also have our own garage (perfect for the bike) and a parking space for a car. There is also a washing cellar for the whole house and a basement compartment for the WG only.

Viki (20) plays the extroverted part of our trio and is currently making her Abi at the neighboring school. If she doesn't just learn or cooks elaborate currys (which are supposed to go very quickly), you can find them outside with her friends or on a variety of flea markets in Münster. She listens to Indie music and is great Lana del Rey fan. With it you have a guaranteed motivated companion – be it shopping, what to do or celebrate at Haverkamp.
Niklas (25) just writes his master in Information Systems and tries to cook or read in the bit of leisure he has. He also likes to swim or meets with his self-founded running club on a lap around the promenade. In summer he also drives motorcycle and is always open to entertaining conversations. However, he will probably also take off when he will be finished with his master thesis.
