The room is 14 square meters large and has two windows, making the room super nicely bright and you can often see the sunset in the evening :)
The walls are white painted and you could decide if the carpet to be seen on the pictures is to stay in or be made out. The actual floor is the same as in the rest of the apartment. The room is rented unfurnished except for the Rollos.
Both rooms are of equal size and have their own Wi-Fi router, making Wi-Fi really good.

The location is really perfect for students :)) The room is located in the Studierendenwerk vom Rudolf-Harbig-Weg ( cocktail evenings, glowing wine evenings and the like are also organized occasionally).
The campus Gym and many offers from university sports, as well as the campus café, where you can keep it very well in summer outside.
The castle and the city centre are just ten minutes by bike and also the York Center, where many shopping is available, can be reached in ten minutes. A bus stop is located right in front of the front door and runs through to the train station.

You'd live with me. I'm Merle, I'll be 20 soon, and I'm studying life sciences in the third semester.
In my spare time I like to do great sports, I like to go jogging or to the gym and play badminton ... in general I am always inspiring for sports!!
I would like to describe myself as a cheerful, communicative and open-minded person and spend time with friends, go to drink coffee and, if not straight, to celebrate :)
Generally, I imagine the WG life very relaxed and uncomplicated and I like to have for a cooking evening or a cold drink in the kitchen.
Even if everyone has their own daily routine and needs time for themselves, I like it if you don't just live next to each other, even if it's just the evening bully and you tell yourself about his day :))
Cleanliness and order are of course for me, so that both feel comfortable.

The rent includes all additional costs, such as electricity, WLAN, GEZ etc.
The bathroom even has a window overlooking the sky ladder and is very spacious and the apartment has a storage chamber, which is also really practical.
The kitchen does not have an oven, but we have an airfyer.
Since the room is rented by the Studierendenwerk, you should be a registered student at the University of Münster or FH.
