We are looking for a new roommate in mid-January
The room is already free - so you can move in flexibly :)
The room is about 12 sqm and has a window to the south side. The sun comes around early midday - when it seems - and makes the room nicely bright. In the corner to the left of the door there are fixed boards. I used her as a shelves, my fore-book had her wardrobe. Since the room is perfectly small you get everything stowed, but it is not too cold and you still have space to make peoplewatching on the window bench, for example:)
The location is top. You will see Hansaring directly with its bars and cafés. The main railway station is only 7 minutes walk away and the city centre is not far away. Supermarkets are as good as all around - from Lidl to the port market. And the channel is also only 2 corners.
You'd live with Ashley and Max.
Ashley studies in teaching (Spanish and History). She comes from Peru, but she has lived here in Germany for six years.
She's mega love and open. For a tilt on the balcony she is always to have, she has a clear opinion and a good music taste. She likes cooking with friends or is creative.
Max is 23 and is currently studying business information technology. He was in Spain for a semester. When he's free he often goes to sports or is on the move with friends.
You can also glow perfectly in the apartment - the Haverkamp is not far away.
Just like the two sometimes need their rest, you can always retreat. For example, if you have Bock on Techno, the two are definitely at the start :)
So far, I've taken electricity and gas. But my contracts end at the end of the year. Max will take care of it now. You'll pay the corresponding share of him. There are 15€ internet.
