Hey, from the 1.3, we'll have a room in the WG because I'm gone for 6 months. So I'd rent my room. The room is located in a 60 square meter apartment. It itself is 12 square meters large and fully equipped. There is a 1.60m double bed with mattress, wardrobe, desk, shelf and a 55 inch smart TV. After agreement, streaming services can be used by me. The room has a large window overlooking the courtyard. Rolling shutters are available. Also a blind for the eye protection. The floor plan of the room is about 3.5x3.5m, but has a very high ceiling. As already mentioned, the room is part of the 60 square meters apartment. The other room is identical. We also have a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. There is a 25 square meter Community space for this. There are two sofas, two dining tables and a fully equipped kitchen. A very long hall connects all 4 rooms to the front door. The apartment is not located in a stairwell but has a private entrance directly at the renovated courtyard.

The apartment is located in Steinfurter Strasse 55 in 48149 Münster and accordingly in the Kreuzviertel. Supermarkets can be reached on foot in a minute (Rewe, Aldi, Lidl). The York Centre is 2 minutes' walk away. The bus stop Kapuziner Straße is also half a minute walk away. The R73, R72 and N85 lines provide direct connection to the city centre and the railway station. You can also walk to the city, which takes 10 minutes.

The main tenants are my roommate Julian and I (Jonathan). I myself am 21 years old, have just finished my studies and am therefore gone for a longer period of 6 months. My roommate Julian is 20 years old and studies BWL at the University of Münster. With him you would share the apartment in time. We both like to make sports together, like to celebrate the weekend and are always open to meet new people. Time for itself, however, is also important, which is not a problem in the apartment.
