In our nice, mixed student WG, a room is free as I go abroad for one semester.
The room is 20 square meters and the only room with its own balcony. It is square cut, has a nice cozy old building parquet floor and is always very bright through the large windows/balcony door. I would leave my room completely furnished, so you really don't have to bring anything and with my 3 comrades and the clothes rack you will certainly have enough storage space for all your stuff. The balcony belongs to your room, yet we have so far regulated that everyone can use it (of course by arrangement).
The apartment otherwise consists of a small but fine kitchen in which there is actually everything you need ( dishwasher, microwave etc.), a spacious hallway and a beautiful small bathroom with large windows and washing machine.
The WG is wonderfully central, between Schloss, Aasee and the University Hospital of Münster. You can reach the castle square, the aasee, the Hüffercampus or the university campus on the ring within five minutes.
The nearest bus stop is right in front of the front door. You can park your bike in the bicycle cellar or in the communal garden. A small supermarket is just a minute walk away. Around there are several bakers, an ice cream parlour and various restaurants.
Your roommates (Sare 26, Timo 24) are diligently studying, so the WG life is mostly quite calm. Often some friends have there and they glow before or after and spend one or other lukewarm summer night on our very fine balcony. In addition, we like to make game evenings, cook some or other times together or talk again and again. On the whole it is very relaxed here. The WG is not a purpose WG, but you can also rest with us and closed doors are of course respected. A harmonious coexistence is of course very important to us. In addition, we place great emphasis on cleanliness and therefore have a cleaning plan.
Sare studies chemistry in the master and is the creative head of the WG. She loves art and music, and if she isn't in her room at work or painting, you can find her in a café with friends or in FitX. She is the "WG-Mama'" with us, since she is already living here the longest and without her green thumb, our numerous plants would go to the ground.
Timo also studies chemistry and is currently working on his master thesis. Even if he is likely to spend relatively much time with university in the spring, he is otherwise to have any spontaneous actions. He likes to take a lot with friends, tries (more or less successful) in tennis and paddle and listens to almost 24/7 True crime podcasts. He is with us the "Chefkoch'" and always conjures delicious new dishes for us.
With regard to the data, I am flexible, depending on how it suits you, you could move on 1.2 or 15.2. With regard to the end date, we can also look again personally how it suits us both best :)
In the house there are also several other students WGs, but the house is not bright-hearted and you don't bother. The landlord lives in Münster but does not come to us unannouncedly, usually he only comes when something has to be repaired. The landlord is always easily accessible and takes care of problems quickly and reliably if these should occur. The apartment also includes a communal garden where one or the other party takes place in the summer, as well as bicycle stands in the garden and a bicycle cellar, so that your bike can always be safely accommodated.
The rent for the room is 540 euros warm, with about 26 euros internet and electricity. I would also take a deposit of two monthly rents (total of 1080 euros).
