Since I will be abroad for 2-3 months, I would like to offer my room for rent. The room is 20m2 large and well cut, it has 2 large windows that go out to the south side. Therefore, the room is usually flooded with light.
The location of the apartment is the absolute highlight. The Verspoel is a side street of Ludgeristraße - the big shopping street in the city centre - making it virtually everywhere within a few minutes walk. If you want to go somewhere by bus, the next stops are the Raphaelsklinik (5 min walk), the Central Station (8 min walk) or the ludgeriplatz (5 min walk).
Living together is very relaxed and friendly. If you still need your rest, you have every understanding of it.
You would live with Stella (22) and Madou (25)
Madou is writing her master thesis in primary school. She likes to be creative, whether painting, potters, sticking or similar. It can also be thrilled for gaming evenings and all possible activities. Since Madou plans to move out soon, there is also the possibility for you to move into her room in the long term. You can talk about it again:)
Stella studies music in the 1st semester and always has good song recommendations or shows you her own new tracks. She likes cooking and if she doesn't need her me time, she likes to talk in the kitchen.
There is no big rule or many things you have to pay attention to. Each one gets one thing to clean once a week (ground, bathroom or kitchen). In the past, Wednesday has become so natural as a cleaning day, but in principle it doesn't matter when that happens in the week.
