Roommate * in search for 2 WG Mitbewohner*in für 2er WG gesucht

I am looking for a new roommate *, because my current roommate is moving out of our WG to May.
Our apartment is about 70sqm and has two same size rooms with 16sqm each. It is fully equipped and was renovated before our arrival in autumn 2023. The rent would be 700 €all inclusive (electricity, internet, GEZ, house council). Since the kitchen and all the furniture are in the rental property (part of me, part of me), a discount of €1700 is required. However, the apartment also offers a lot of in return: terrace, partly covered bicycle parking area, vacuum cleaner, air-fryer, optigrill, dishwasher, washing machine, barbecue, soda stream, large fridge, etc. Also the deposit of 1100 €.
To the room: The room can be furnished (wardrobe, bed, shelves) or unfurnished. All year round, the room is flooded with sun in the morning / morning / noon (of course only when the electric shutters are pulled up). In summer it stays so pleasant in the whole apartment.
To the location: corner of Wolbecker Street / Dorotheenstraße in the backyard in the EC (all on the ground). Super central and quiet, within 7 minutes walking at the train station / in the city centre. A Rewe, DM, the best cafes, restaurants, Döner and Gyrosläden are right across the street.

To me: I am Martin, 27 years old and work in Münster as a Kfz mechatronist. In my free time I am active in sports, alone or with others (with you, for example). I like to go jogging, to the gym and occasionally swim, squash or boulder / climb. If the weather is getting better now I am also more gravelbike and sometimes motorbike. Besides the sport, I like to meet with friends, spend time with my girlfriend, or relax at home. For living together in the WG, it is important to me that we understand each other well, are considerate of each other and do something together. Be it together cooking, a game night, go to the market or just chill on the sofa.

ich bin auf der Suche nach einem/einer neuen Mitbewohner*in, weil mein jetziger Mitbewohner aus unserer WG zu Mai auszieht.
Unsere Wohnung ist ca. 70qm groß und besitzt zwei gleichgroße Zimmer mit jeweils 16qm. Sie ist vollständig ausgestattet und wurde vor unserem Einzug im Herbst 2023 renoviert. Die Miete würde 700€ all inclusive betragen (Strom, Internet, GEZ, Hausrat). Da die Küche und alle Möbel im Mietereigentum sind (teils von mir, teils geteilt), fällt hierfür ein Abschlag in Höhe von 1700€ an. Allerdings bietet die Wohnung dafür auch jede Menge Gegenleistung: Terrasse, teilüberdachter Fahrradstellplatz, Staubsaugroboter, Airfryer, Optigrill, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Grill, Sodastream, großer Kühlschrank, etc. Dazu kommt noch die Kaution in Höhe von 1100€.
Zum Zimmer: Nach Absprache beim Kennenlernen kann das Zimmer möbliert (Kleiderschrank, Bett, Regale) oder unmöbliert übergeben werden. Ganzjährig wird das Zimmer im Morgen/Vormittag/Mittag mit Sonne geflutet (natürlich nur wenn die elektrischen Rollladen hochgezogen werden). Im Sommer bleibt es so angenehm in der ganzen Wohnung.
Zur Lage: Ecke Wolbecker Straße/ Dorotheenstraße im Hinterhof im EG (alles ebenerdig). Super zentral und ruhig gelegen, innerhalb von 7 min fußläufig am Bahnhof/ in der Innenstadt. Ein Rewe, DM, die besten Cafes, Restaurants, Döner- und Gyrosläden sind direkt gegenüber auf der anderen Straßenseite.

Zu mir: ich bin Martin, 27 Jahre alt und arbeite in Münster als Kfz-Mechatroniker. In meiner Freizeit bin ich sportlich aktiv, allein oder auch mit anderen (mit dir zum Beispiel). Ich gehe gerne Joggen, ins Fitnessstudio und gelegentlich schwimmen, squashen oder bouldern/klettern. Wenn das Wetter jetzt langsam besser wird bin ich auch wieder mehr Gravelbike und manchmal Motorrad fahren. Neben dem Sport treffe ich mich gerne mit Freunden, verbringe Zeit mit meiner Freundin, oder entspanne mich zu Hause. Für das Zusammenleben in der WG ist mir wichtig, dass wir uns gut verstehen, rücksichtsvoll miteinander sind und auch gemeinsam was unternehmen. Sei es zusammen Kochen, mal ein Spieleabend, auf den Markt gehen oder einfach nur auf dem Sofa chillen.
