Hi, I'm Daniel (32) and I've studied/ PhD at the University of Münster. Due to my professional activity, I am usually only approx. 1-2 days a week in my three-room apartment, so I want to make a 2 WG from my apartment.
Consequently, I rent two beautiful fully furnished rooms for one person in my 2nd WG (in which you would live most of the week alone).
The rooms for rent can be very good as bedroom or bedroom. Use living room/office room. A room is located on the side of the castle square. The other room is towards the courtyard.
I would like to rent the two rooms furnished (bedroom with 140x200 bed, dresser / living room with sofa, sideboard, shelf, etc.). If you prefer to bring your own furniture, we can also talk about it.
In addition, there are other equipped and shared rooms such as kitchen (also equipped by me including washing machine in the storage room, which can also be used by you) and bathroom and hallway (incl. dresser).

Hi, ich bin Daniel (32) und habe BWL an der Uni Münster studiert/promoviert. Aufgrund meiner beruflichen Tätigkeit bin ich aktuell meist nur ca. 1-2 Tage pro Woche in meiner Dreizimmerwohnung, sodass ich aus meiner Wohnung nun eine 2er WG machen möchte.
Folglich vermiete ich zwei schöne vollmöblierte Zimmer für eine Person in meiner 2er WG (in der du den Großteil der Woche aber alleine wohnen würdest).
Die zur Vermietung stehenden Zimmer lassen sich sehr gut als Schlafzimmer bzw. Wohnzimmer/Bürozimmer nutzen. Ein Zimmer befindet sich auf der Seite zum Schlossplatz. Das andere Zimmer befindet sich Richtung Innenhof.
Gerne vermiete ich die zwei Zimmer möbliert (Schlafzimmer mit u.a. 140x200 Bett, Kommode / Wohnzimmer mit u.a. Sofa, Sideboard, Regal). Solltest du lieber deine eigenen Möbel mitbringen wollen, dann können wir auch darüber sprechen.
Darüber hinaus gibt es natürlich noch weitere ausgestattete und gemeinschaftlich nutzbare Räume wie Küche (ebenfalls von mir ausgestattet inklusive Waschmaschine im Abstellraum, die auch gerne von dir mitgenutzt werden kann) sowie Bad und Flur (inkl. Kommode).
Einen abschließbaren Kellerraum gibt es ebenfalls. Ein fester Parkplatz im Innenhof kann auf Anfrage beim Vermieter dazugemietet werden.
Im Haus wohnen vor allem Studierende sowie ein paar junge Berufstätige.
Der Mietbeginn ist mit 01. April angegeben. Ich bin aber +/- 2 Wochen flexibel und kann mich gerne nach dir richten.
Die Mietdauer ist zunächst einmal befristet bis Ende September angegeben, da ich noch nicht genau absehen kann, wie viel ich ab Herbst 2025 unterwegs sein werde. Bei Interesse an einer Verlängerung können wir aber sehr gerne darüber sprechen.

Bis zur Jüdefelder-/Kreuzstraße sind es zu Fuß ca. 3mins. Weitere relevante Orte (Bäckerei / DHL-Shop / Restaurants) sind ebenfalls in ca. 3mins zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Mit dem Bus ist man in ca. 10mins am Hauptbahnhof.
