Die Zimmer sind vollständig möbliert und wahlweise zwischen 14 und 25 Quadratmeter groß. Zwei Bewohner teilen sich ein Bad mit Dusche. All in flat (Kaltmiete, Strom, Heizung, Wasser, Internet usw.), keine versteckten Nebenkosten.

Du wohnst in einem sehr hübschen Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten (Garten, Terrasse, Küche, Thekenraum, viele nette neue Kontakte). Besonderes Highlight im Sommer ist unser Garten, in dem wir im Sommer grillen und entspannen. Außerdem sind ein Thekenraum (Sky, DAZN, Spotify), Trockner, Waschmaschine und eine große Gemeinschaftsküche mit 8 Kochfeldern und einer Spülmaschine vorhanden.

Good keyword - Community: It's not very important to us. If you only search for a purpose WG, you don't have to read more. But if you want a cross-disciplinary community away from the anonymous mass university, read on. We want to invite you to live with us in our house and to experience the connection. For this we have a party-friendly and experienced counter room, a salon, kicker, dart disc, and, and, and... at our disposal. A crisp garden in which we like to grill must not be missed. And you are welcome to do so if you want to see our connection from nearby.

We offer every interested person a fascinating network of academics of all disciplines in which lifelong friendships can arise. Since the study is not only a party, we offer targeted support through academics who are working in the profession. As a member of the Cartell Association (CV), Alemannia is connected to a network of over 30,000 academics in Europe. We want to promote lifelong friendships of mutual help and interdisciplinary exchange, especially between young and old. The whole is just 5 minutes by bike from the university in the heart of the Kreuzviertel.
But there is also enough freedom for you and your interests. Last but not least, the focus is on studying, many of our members have reached very good degrees across all faculties and help you – if you want – with questions about studying

The Catholic, German student association Alemannia to Greifswald and Münster is an association of active and former students from the Westfälischen-Wilhelms-Universität Münster and all other universities in the city of Münster.
The K.D.St.V. Alemannia was founded in Greifswald in 1891 and is a member of the “Cartellverband der Catholic deutschen Studentenverbund” (CV). With more than 26,000 members, the Cartell Association is the largest interdisciplinary academic association in Europe.
The values of religion (religio), science (Scientia), friendship (Amiticia) and modern patriotism (Patria) are important for our members, who come from various disciplines and faculties. These values, also called principles, are the basis of our intergenerational community.
This intergenerational friendship association begins with the so-called Fuxenzeit for each newcomer. The Fux is a member for one to two semesters to get to know the other members and also the traditions and behaviors of connecting life. He then passes the exam to the boy and, if successful, becomes a full-fledged member of our covenant at a lifetime.
