Your new room has 17sqm and goes out to the south road. Although it goes out to the street, it is quiet in the room, as there is not nearly as much traffic here as on Weseler Straße. The room features parquet flooring and windows with blinds.
At the moment there is a bed with mattress, a wardrobe, a desk and a chair.
The balcony, the bathroom and the spacious kitchen are shared. The bathroom is large enough for everything you need without daylight. The kitchen goes out to the back and is therefore always very quiet. In the kitchen is equipped with fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, stove, oven and a extractor hood everything you need. The usual kitchen utensils, such as dishes, cutlery, cups and glasses, are all available and can be used by you. If you want to bring something else, there is definitely enough storage space for kitchen utensils. In addition, there is a large shared basement compartment.
If desired, we can also make an online visit.
The apartment is located in the beautiful south quarter on the corner of Bernhardstraße/Südstraße. The Ludgerikreisel is only 3 minutes walk away, about 10 minutes to the main station. The South Park is also just a few minutes walk away and you can walk to the city centre just 10 minutes. You can find several options for shopping. The Lidl on Friedrich-Ebert-Straße or Rewe on Hammer Straße are also only 5 minutes away by bike. Around Hammer Strasse there is a biomarket, Asiamarkt, handicraft shops, cafes and restaurants, so for everyone. There are free parking spaces in the area. We don't have a garage, in the neighborhood there is approx. 50/50 distributes residential parks and free parking. However, the latter parking spaces are very sought after and the car park search can be very exhausting.
I'm Christoph, 32 years old and working full-time in an IT consultancy. Currently I plan to move to Munich (or another big city). I would be happy to keep my current apartment, as I am in Münster and Münster for professional and private reasons. will be environment. My landlady gave me her OK for that.
The move is planned at the earliest in 6 months - if not later. The OK of the landlord came only a few days ago, so I'm not standing in the door with packed suitcases.
After a long-term WG constellation has unfortunately been resolved due to the end of the study and the involvement with partners, the WG has been mostly professional in recent times. It is always respected when you need your time. We leave every one of his free space and no one is bound to anything. At the same time, it is always a nice balance to go to dinner or just talk a little bit about the day in the evening. But no one takes it bad if you need your rest.
Many things in our WG are based on trust and consideration. If you have experience in a WG where it was uncomplicated and you could rely on yourself, that's perfect. Just imagine what you're doing, how you've lived up to now, and everything else you'll think about.
See you soon!
P.S.: I'd like a little backup. This can be a guarantee from your parents, evidence of salary or proof of a contract of employment (photo from the first and last page). Something's going to happen, and it doesn't have to be all three things.
