In this bright 14-square meter room you will surely feel good!
The floor is real wood parquet and the walls are white plastered, which ensures a friendly atmosphere.
In your room you have a huge window through which the morning sun appears. There are electric shutters if you want to have it dark.
In addition to your room you can stay in the fully furnished living room, in our beautiful kitchen or on the spacious balcony.
We have two bathrooms - In the large one there is a large shower and a bathtub in which small one toilet and a washing machine. Both bathrooms are equipped with underfloor heating.
Your room is in the unfurnished condition. Only the coat rack on the wall and a mirror are still present.
The apartment is located in a new building near the York Center. The bike takes about 7 minutes to the city centre. Right in front of our front door is a bus stop and numerous e-scooters.

Josephine studied dentistry in Munich and started her career as a dentist only a few months ago. She is very open-minded, chatty and uncomplicated.
Friedemann runs an online shop and works mostly from the Home Office. He is also on the go on business or private trips. In his spare time he dances salsa and makes a lot of sport.
There's a lot of space in the apartment to go out. In the living room there is an electric piano and a few fitness equipment (sport trampoline, weights, chimney rod, yoga mats) that can be used.
