Hello dear WG seekers! ☺️
On January 15th, 2025 and February 1st, 2025 we are looking for a new roommate for a room in the beautiful Ghost Street. The room is about 14 square meters tall, squared and overlooks the quiet courtyard through the window.
Our apartment is located on the ground floor of a well maintained and quiet multi-family house. Directly opposite our apartment door is the laundry room where our own washing machine is also standing. Bicycles can be parked safely in the courtyard.
The location of the apartment is really top!
It is located close to Hammer Strasse, which leaves nothing to be desired with a variety of offers. From cosy cafés and bakeries to restaurants and banks to a DM and several supermarkets – everything is within walking distance. A rewe is even right in front of the front door.
In addition, the South Park is only a stone's throw away, and both the Aasee and the city centre are reachable by bike in less than five minutes.
You can also get to the main station or port quickly.
If the bike is not an option, several bus stops are available in the area.
Ellen(25) and Fabius (25) will become your new roommates.
Ellen has finished her studies in education and works in a trauma education group for children. In her spare time she likes to travel with friends or spends time with her horse.
Fabius has finished his studies in social work and works in a primary school and OGS as a school social worker. In his spare time he likes to exercise or spend the time with friends.
Our WG life is very relaxed. We are happy to meet in the kitchen or cook something together in the evening. We are a friendly and uncomplicated coexistence, where we pay attention to each other especially important! 😊 Since we like to live in a clean apartment, we have a cleaning plan to which we hold.
For common things (freezer, vacuum cleaner, washing machine etc.) a discount of 140€ is due.
You can take over your renter's cookies for 20€ VB and the stable bed, including slat rust, would even give you.
After agreement, the draw is also possible before 15.01.
