The room is approx. 17.5 square meters, lies straight at the end of the hallway and is oriented towards parking. On furniture we leave you a large desk, a chair and a big dresser - so you just need a bed! The ceiling lamp unfortunately does not work, but we have a large light chain on the wall. On the window you also have curtains and an electronic blind.

The attached photos give you an insight into the apartment and the room. Since the photos are already a bit older, the facility is now somewhat different. So don't wonder if you should come by for a visit.

The apartment is located in the ghost district, so it is centrally located. By bike you are in the city centre in about 5 minutes and the South Park is also just a stone's throw away. For daily shopping you have everything right in front of the door: Lidl is right next door, Rewe and Edeka are also not far away. In Hammer Straße you will also find many other shops as well as cafés and restaurants.

Through a parking lot, the apartment is also not directly on the big street, which ensures a quiet atmosphere – so you stay largely spared by loud street noise. There is also a garden for shared use.

We are Merlin and Svenja and are currently living together in our shaky apartment in Münster. Since Svenja goes for a semester abroad from February onwards, we are looking for a suitable intermediate tenant that will become Merlin's roommate by the end of June.

Merlin studies computer science at the University of Paderborn, plays volleyball in the association in Münster and also likes to dance with friends. If you want to live with him, not just search for a purpose WG and while Svenja's stay abroad, want to keep the apartment with respect, please contact us.

You don't have to meet any special requirements as long as you are friendly and open. However, a certain degree of identity definitely does not harm ;)
