The free room has access to the balcony of the apartment, and is about 24sqm. With 4m high ceilings, you will also have plenty of space to design the room.

The apartment was recently refurbished from the inside. In spring the outer facade is still insulated. Then the renovation is completed. The associated costs are already taken into account in the rental price.

The apartment is located in an old building in the 1.OG and has 3 rooms plus kitchen and bathroom and is located directly on Hammer Strasse at the level of the South Park. The city centre is about 5min by bike. The nearest bus stop is about 3min walking distance. Shops such as DM, Rewe, Lidl are all nearby and are within walking distance.

We are Merle and Willi, both students at the University of Münster each in the Master and Bachelor. During the day we usually follow our studies or work. In the afternoon or in the evening you often meet a plunder in the kitchen. We have lived in the WG for the last few months because of the rebuilding work and are looking forward to a little more life in the Bude :)!
But in any case, our WG parties, which we hold 1-2 times a year, will ensure life.
We are looking for a new relaxed roommate who cares for a good deal, entertaining (sports of any kind, beer or coffee in the cafes or bars the street, cooking or sometimes quite relaxed on the couch) and has a basic understanding of cleanliness (Momentan runs wonderfully without a cleaning plan :) ). After the refurbishment, we also wanted to retort the apartment again, so if you want something to go home or generally look for a place where you can do a handicraft then you are right here.

The landlords request the following documents from the new tenant:
- Rental self-catering
