The room itself is about 15 square meters and has a window which is oriented towards the west, so that there is sun in the afternoon and evening. The room would remain completely furnished. Only my stuff I'm getting into the basement, so you have space in the closets etc.
As communal rooms we have the kitchen in the apartment and even a large living room where we have always spent a lot of time together.
The Südstraße is a parallel road to Hammer Straße and is accordingly well connected: Several bus stops are within a few minutes walking distance. We also have different shops as close (Lidl, fors, dm, Edeka, Lidl, Rewe).
On the promenade and in the old town you can cycle within five minutes. You can walk to the main station in a quarter hour.
Your roommate would be Jill (23). She's studying medicine and she's busy with her doctoral thesis in the lab. She plays Ultimate Frisbee and is totally open and cordial. In the living room or kitchen we liked to spend time at night or also with friends or have stayed together.
In the two WG, the cozy, large living room is simply the total luxury. Perfect for a fun game night or other.
I'm in Hamburg for 6 weeks. If you only take the room for shorter, it wouldn't be a problem either. So if you stay the 6 weeks, the rent is a total of 675€
A washing machine is available in the kitchen.
