Room free in 3 Wg Hammer street✨ Zimmer frei in 3er Wg Hammer Straße✨

As our roommate moves out, we're looking for a new roommate to the 1.5th. The room is about 16 square meters tall and very well cut. Warm it costs about 350€. The real wood parquet makes it very cozy in the whole apartment. The wardrobe and the bed would have to be taken over for 400€ and a discount of 250€ will be added.
The bathroom was refurbished in 2016, looks very modern and is still in a super state.
In addition, our apartment has a small dishwasher and we have a small bicycle shed behind’m house that is only accessible to the housers.

*LAGE*
The apartment is located on Hammer Street near to numerous shopping facilities (such as Edeka, Aldi, dm etc.) and the bus stop right in front of the front door are particularly convenient.
Nevertheless, you are quickly in town by bike. Up to downtown you need approx. 10 minutes by bike and the train station is also very easy to reach in less than 10 minutes. In addition, you are on the aasee as well as on the canal, which is particularly beautiful in summer.
In addition, Hammer Strasse offers various shopping facilities, restaurants, snacks, kiosks, bars, etc.

*WG-LEBEN*
Hey we are your future roommates Klara (20) and Pia (20).
We both know each other for many years and Pia has recently been moved here as the other room has been free :)
Now that the other room is free, we would be happy to have a lovely roommate.

Hey, I'm Klara and I'm studying geography. In my spare time I like to do different things like inliners, play volleyball and go to the gym. I like to take something with friends, go to the one or the other parties and to the old town, but I am always ready for a cozy games or TV evening. 😇

Hey, I'm Pia and I'm studying SoWi and English at Teaching Office. In my spare time I like walking, playing volleyball at the aasee or doing something with friends. On the weekend I'm often in the stadium at Prussia and soon I wanted to sign up for university sports. : On Wednesdays or Fridays I like to be in the old town, but for a game night too. ⭐

For the WG life, we would like us to understand and spend time together. It'd be nice if you take something together and make the city a little insecure.
We attach great importance to the fact that it takes place harmoniously here and you can talk for a longer time about everything possible. We are both very relaxed and humorous.
Of course, it's not a problem if you want to rest. This is completely normal and is not different to us either.

Moreover, it is important to us that you also take care of the cleanliness and, together with us, keep order in the common areas.

Da unsere Mitbewohnerin auszieht, suchen wir zum 1.5. eine neue Mitbewohnerin. Das Zimmer ist ca. 16 qm groß und sehr gut geschnitten. Warm kostet es circa 350€. Durch das Echtholzparkett ist es in der ganzen Wohnung sehr gemütlich.
Der Kleiderschrank und das Bett müssten für 400€ übernommen werden und dazu kommt dann noch ein Abschlag von 250€.
Das Badezimmer wurde 2016 neu saniert, sieht dementsprechend sehr modern aus und ist immer noch in einem super Zustand.
Außerdem hat unsere Wohnung eine kleine Spülmaschine und wir haben einen kleinen Fahrradschuppen hinter‘m Haus, der nur für die Hausbewohner zugänglich ist.

*LAGE*
Die Wohnung liegt auf der Hammer Straße in der Nähe zu zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (wie Edeka, Aldi, dm usw.) und die Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür sind besonders praktisch.
Nichtsdestotrotz ist man mit dem Fahrrad schnell in der Stadt. Bis in die Innenstadt braucht man ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Rad und der Bahnhof ist in unter 10 Minuten ebenfalls sehr gut zu erreichen. Außerdem ist man sowohl schnell am Aasee, als auch am Kanal, was im Sommer besonders schön ist.
Zudem bietet die Hammer Straße verschiedenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Imbisse, Kioske, Bars usw.

Hey wir sind deine zukünftigen Mitbewohnerinnen Klara (20) und Pia (20).
Wir beiden beiden kennen uns schon viele Jahre und Pia ist vor kurzem hier eingezogen als das andere Zimmer frei wurde :)
Jetzt wo das weitere Zimmer frei wird würden wir uns über eine liebe Mitbewohnerin freuen.

Jetzt zu uns:
Hey ich bin Klara und studiere Geographie. In meiner Freizeit mache ich gerne unterschiedliche Sachen wie Inliner fahren, Volleyball spielen und ins Fitnessstudio gehen. Ich unternehme gerne was mit Freunden, gehe gerne auf die ein oder anderen Partys und in die Altstadt, aber bin auch immer für einen gemütlichen Spiele oder Fernsehabend zu haben.😇

Hey ich bin Pia und studiere SoWi und Englisch auf Lehramt. In meiner Freizeit gehe ich gerne spazieren, spiele Volleyball am Aasee oder mache was mit Freunden. Am Wochenende bin ich öfter mal im Stadion bei Preußen und demnächst wollte ich mich noch beim Hochschulsport anmelden. :) Mittwochs oder freitags bin ich gerne mal in der Altstadt, aber für einen Spieleabend auch immer zu haben. ⭐️

Für das WG-Leben würden wir uns wünschen, dass wir uns gut verstehen und gerne Zeit miteinander verbringen. Es wäre schön, wenn man auch mal was zusammen unternimmt und die Stadt etwas unsicher macht.
Wir legen viel Wert darauf, dass es hier harmonisch abläuft und man auch mal länger miteinander über alles mögliche quatschen kann. Wir sind beide sehr entspannt und humorvoll.
Natürlich ist es aber auch kein Problem, wenn du mal deine Ruhe haben willst. Das ist völlig normal und ist bei uns auch nicht anders.

Außerdem ist es uns wichtig, dass du auch etwas auf die Sauberkeit achtest und mit uns zusammen vor allem in den Gemeinschaftsräumen Ordnung hälst.
