Du könntest hier in ein 20m2 großes Zimmer mit eigenem Balkon ziehen.
Das Zimmer hat eine Balkontür und große Fenster. Es ist zum Süden hin ausgerichtet.
Wir wohnen sehr Zentral im Geistviertel.
Direkt gegenüber liegt der Südpark und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 5 Gehminuten entfernt. In die Stadt kommt man mit dem Rad innerhalb von 10 Minuten.
Ich bin eine relativ unkomplizierte Mitbewohnerin. Es ist mir wichtig, dass jeder die Gemeinschaftsräume sauber hält. Für gemeinsame Kochabende oder ein Gläschen Wein auf dem Balkon bin ich immer zu haben.
Ich studiere momentan Design und werde vermutlich in einem Jahr ausziehen, somit kannst du dir die WG nach eigenem Wunsch zusammen stellen.
Da meine Mitbewohnerin auszieht und Waschmaschine, Staubsauger und vermutlich auch den Kühlschrank mitnimmt, wäre es super wenn du hierfür Ersatz hättest.
In der Küche habe ich noch einiges an Utensilien.
Wir besitzen auch eine Spülmaschine.
