The room is 22 square meters tall, so you can undermine everything you need.
It offers two dirkete accesses to the garden and is therefore also very bright. The windows have electrical blinds.
The parcel floor is always pleasantly warm and if this should not be the case, we have a floor heating in the whole apartment.
I would like to sell the bed and the closet (both on the pictures) to the next one for a discount as my new apartment already has both.
I bought the closet and the bed about 9 months ago and would like to leave it for 400€ if you were interested. I would then take a 100€ discount for other WG purchases (e.g. washing machine). So together 500€.
The ceiling lamp and the curtains also remain in the room.
We have a storage room in the WG, a bathroom and a spacious, modern kitchen that also serves as a common room.
The apartment is located in the western part of Gievenbeck. The city centre can be reached by bike and bus in 15 minutes. The next bus stop is really right outside the door. Shopping facilities are also great on foot or by bike (market purchase, DM, Aldi, Rewe). In particular, the market purchase is 200m away. The main railway station is about 20 minutes by bus and bicycle.
You will live with us:
we are Mika, Hannah and Jule.
Mika is the original stone of the WG and also the main tenant. He just writes his master thesis and is therefore a lot of home. If he is not in the Gym 💪🏼ist, he is always ready for the latest tea and therefore always ready to chat in the kitchen.
Hannah studies BWL in the third semester and likes to surround herself with her boyfriend:inside. They are often encountered in stress to the next coffee drink ☕️ or on the way to work.
Jule is the first to study special education at the teacher's office. Sometimes she has crazy ideas and radiates with her Gravelbike into her home, is the latest in the gym or drinks the one or other aperol with her girls🌟
Our coexistence is very relaxed. Of course, everyone has their own life, but we are always happy when someone cooks and you can suffocate to it, just a little bit crawling or a round of town full-bodied. 🃏
Friends are always welcome, but in principle the WG should always remain a retreat.
In summer, a large garden party takes place annually, which should definitely not be missed! 🍻
The WG has a quite large garden, which is particularly popular in summer with barbecues and WG parties. The apartment has a washing machine in the storage room, as well as a dishwasher in the kitchen.
