The room is completely furnited as I would like to leave my furniture in. So you already have everything you need, including nice bonuses like a couch that can be turned into a second bed, a desk with view out of the window and a comfy parquet floor. The view out of the window is into the greenery and the Steinfurter STraße is luckly far enough away to not notice it especially as the windows is quite good.
The flat is at the beginning of Gievenbeck. Thus in a very calm area with some nature at the front door, but at the same time quite close to the city center. Especially the Leonardo-Campus, the sports-campus and the different science departments are verry close.
For longer distances a bus stop is directly infront of the house.
You would be living together woth Aksana. So here is a text from her introducing herself:
Hey, I’m Aksana! I am an international student from Belarus in the process of getting my MA in National and Transnational Studies. I am a pretty friendly and talkative person open to different sorts of joint activities, but also need my alone time since I have a job and university going on. In my free time I like going to the uni gym, also trying to learn German asap so if you’re in the same position we can practice it together :) I am a horrible cook but like being a sous-chef so if you’re into cooking it may work :D
We have a rather chill atmosphere in the apartment. Not a party place but no problems with friendly gatherings :) The cleanlinnes is very important here, no worries if some things are being left here and there but to keep everything overall tidy is a must. For this purposes we also have a schedule for cleaning up the common area.
Please write about yourself and answer the question “what three things I should throw into fire in order to summon you” so that I know you read the whole text 🙂
It is only a time limited offer as I'm comming back in the beginning of May. The exact date is not completely clear yet, but it definitly after the 26th of April, that's why I wrote that into the ad.
As the house is part of the Studentenwerk you absolutely have to be a student in a university in Münster to be able to life here.
The rent is about 350€ and I would like to have a deposit of 300€.
