The apartment is 52sqm and is located in the 5th floor of a student residence on the Eekweg. So you have to be a enrolled student to get involved.
The room is about 17sqm and has a large window, which brings a lot of light into the room. All in all, the room is rectangular and offers many facilities. Each room has its own TV and Internet connection. My room has the same size, both rooms are adjacent to the common kitchen and the front entrance area.
Washing machine and dryer are located on the ground floor of the residence and are used by the whole house for a fee. The house was renovated in 2018, so the whole apartment, especially the bathroom, is very modern.
The apartment is located in Gievenbeck, opposite is located directly a rewe, a pharmacy, a baker and a few snacks. Aldi and Lidl are easily accessible by bike.
To the Leo Campus and the Mensa on the ring you need about 10min by bike, to the city centre about 20min.
There are also several bus stops near the dormitory and bus stops to the city centre about 25min and the train station about 30min. Most buses go to the city centre and continue to the main railway station.
There are many bicycle stands, a bicycle cellar, a parking lot and a packing station.
Otherwise, the Wg is very close to nature, so you can walk super.
You'd live with me, Marianna. I am 21 years old and I am studying therapy and health management in the 5th semester. In the coming summer, my logo-paedia - exams will arrive. Originally I come from the Sauerland, I drive home about every second weekend, but can also be different.
Under the week, I'm usually at university until afternoon, after which I like to cook, go to sports or watch a series. Sometimes I'm with my friend who lives in Münsterland.
We could shape the Wg life together. I'd like you to do something together, for example, cook together, walk or just drink a tea and talk a little bit. But I also like to be alone in my room, so it's all right if the door is easy.
I care about order and cleanliness, but it should not be a problem with a few agreements.
All in all, I wish a harmonious coexistence, which is good for both :)

As described above, you must be a registered student to be able to move in here. In the 410€ rent everything is already included (also Internet), so you have no further costs except the GEZ fees.
The furniture in the room can be taken over against a payment (we can still discuss) but is not a must.
A few things may have to be retrieved, but this is limited, so there are no huge costs for you.
