The apartment is located in Gievenbeck, opposite is located directly a rewe, a pharmacy, a baker and a few snacks. Aldi and Lidl are easily accessible by bike.
To the Leo Campus and the Mensa on the ring you need about 10min by bike, to the city centre about 20min.
There are also several bus stops near the dormitory and bus stops to the city centre about 25min and the train station about 30min. Most buses go to the city centre and continue to the main railway station.
There are many bicycle stands, a bicycle cellar, a parking lot and a packing station.
Otherwise, the Wg is very close to nature, so you can walk super.

Die Wohnung liegt in Gievenbeck, gegenüber befindet sich direkt ein Rewe, eine Apotheke, ein Bäcker und ein paar Imbissmöglichkeiten. Aldi und Lidl sind mit dem Fahrrad auch schnell erreichbar.
Zum Leo Campus und zur Mensa am Ring braucht man mit dem Fahrrad circa 10min, in die Innenstadt circa 20min.
Nah am Wohnheim befinden sich außerdem mehrere Bushaltestellen, mit dem Bus fährt man in die Innenstadt circa 25min und zum Bahnhof circa 30min. Die meisten Busse fahren in die Innenstadt und weiter zum Hauptbahnhof.
Am Studentenwohnheim befinden sich viele Fahrradständer, ein Fahrradkeller, ein Parkplatz und eine Packstation.
Ansonsten liegt die Wg sehr nah an der Natur, man kann also super spazieren gehen.

You'd live with me, Marianna. I am 21 years old and I am studying therapy and health management in the 5th semester. In the coming summer, my logo-paedia - exams will arrive. Originally I come from the Sauerland, I drive home about every second weekend, but can also be different.
Under the week, I'm usually at university until afternoon, after which I like to cook, go to sports or watch a series. Sometimes I'm with my friend who lives in Münsterland.
We could shape the Wg life together. I'd like you to do something together, for example, cook together, walk or just drink a tea and talk a little bit. But I also like to be alone in my room, so it's all right if the door is easy.
I care about order and cleanliness, but it should not be a problem with a few agreements.
All in all, I wish a harmonious coexistence, which is good for both :)

Du würdest mit mir, Marianna, zusammen wohnen. Ich bin 21 Jahre alt und studiere im 5. Semester Therapie- und Gesundheitsmanagement - Fachrichtung Logopädie. Für mich steht im kommenden Sommer mein Logopädie - Examen an. Ursprünglich komme ich aus dem Sauerland, in die Heimat fahre ich ungefähr jedes zweite Wochenende, kann aber auch mal unterschiedlich sein.
Unter der Woche bin ich bis Nachmittags meist in der Uni unterwegs, danach koche ich gerne, gehe zum Sport oder schaue eine Serie. Manchmal bin ich auch bei meinem Freund, der im Münsterland wohnt.
Das Wg Leben könnten wir zusammen gestalten. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass man mal etwas zusammen macht, z.B. gemeinsam kochen, spazieren gehen oder einfach mal einen Tee trinken und ein bisschen quatschen. Ich bin aber auch gerne alleine in meinem Zimmer, es ist also völlig in Ordnung wenn die Tür einfach mal zu ist.
Mir ist Ordnung und Sauberkeit sehr wichtig, mit ein paar Absprachen sollte das aber eigentlich kein Problem sein.
Insgesamt wünsche ich mir einfach ein harmonisches Zusammenleben, was für beide gut passt :)

As described above, you must be a registered student to be able to move in here. In the 410€ rent everything is already included (also Internet), so you have no further costs except the GEZ fees.
The furniture in the room can be taken over against a payment (we can still discuss) but is not a must.
A few things may have to be retrieved, but this is limited, so there are no huge costs for you.

Wie oben bereits beschrieben musst du eingeschriebene Studentin sein, um hier einziehen zu können. In den 410€ Miete ist bereits alles eingerechnet (auch Internet), du hast also bis auf die GEZ Gebühren keine weiteren Kosten.
Die Möbel in dem Zimmer können gegen eine Zahlung (können wir dann noch besprechen) sehr gerne übernommen werden, ist aber kein Muss.
Eventuell müssen ein paar Sachen neu angeschafft werden, das hält sich aber in Grenzen, es kommen also keine riesigen Kosten auf dich zu.
