Hello her loved ones,
we (Laura 20, Leon 24, André 21, Sophie 20) are looking for a new roommate or a new roommate, as Pia will leave our WG. It is a room on the ground floor of a cozy detached house. The room is 12 square meters. A few of the furniture would resell Pia for interest (but is not a must).
On the ground floor you will share your bathroom with Sophie. In the house there is a large kitchen where we always like to spend time together. In addition, there is a large garden, a spacious basement and a garage where we can park our bikes.
The house is located in a quiet settlement in the heart of Gievenbeck. The nearest bus stop is within 5 minutes walking distance, keeping lines 5 and 11. By bike you can be in the old town in 10 minutes. 300-500 meters away you will find two supermarkets (Lidl & Rewe), a bakery, an ice cream parlour and a few restaurants. From here you can find sports such as the Gym campus and other Unisport activities only 5 minutes by bike.
Laura, 21 is starting her medical studies at university.
Leon, 24, studies nursing education at the FH.
André, 21, studies politics and business at university.
Sophie, 20, studies sociology at university.
We are a very active WG, super happy to spend time together on our terrace, especially in summer. Together we meet regularly for joint activities, such as Christmas market visits, barbecue evenings in the garden, common cooking, many games with music (double head, cabo, wizard, hitster, etc.) or just conversations in the kitchen. We are always open for sellige evenings with beer, tea or mulled wine. Besides, we've already held some parties in our house. We use an app to regulate our cleaning plan and other organization. :
Since the entire WG has to be withdrawn at the end of next year for contractual reasons, the contract is limited until 31 December 2025.
If necessary, you could also move in from mid-February. We would be happy if you came by personally!
