Room
Your new room would be 30m2, has a continuous window front with electric roller blinds. Due to the large window front in the direction of afternoon/night sun it is always very bright in the room. Particularly practical is the small "input area" to each room, for example, to accommodate a dressing bed or the gadarobe. This creates additional space in the already large room. The 4 rooms of the vesamten WG are of equal size, only in each case mirror-inverted.
The large and open communal area includes the kitchen and the living room. There is also an entrance area, two storage rooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is the center of the WG life, from it you also have access to our grated roof terrace.
Location:
The house is located in newly built, very quiet part of Gievenbeck.
You need about 15 minutes by bike to the castle square.
Also the driveway by car to the B54, A1 or the ring is very good. Besides, we don't have any trouble finding a parking lot.
We have 2 bus lines in 20 minutes to the city.
An aldi is directly over, and a REWE and a very large market purchase can be reached on foot.
We live in 4. OG the big elevator, however, means that this is not a problem. Generally, the location is very quiet, you can go quickly in the green, optimal for jogging or walking.
WG Life:
You'd move to Laura, Julian and Julian.
Laura (32) has just completed her Master's degree and is in the application phase. She is incredibly happy to climb and in summer the slackline is packed. She likes to be on the go, but can be at home for hours and play Sims.
Julian I (28) is already employed and studies law in a secondary occupation, so sometimes it is quite tense. Nevertheless, he finds time for a taste in the kitchen or joint WG actions. Besides, he likes to go to the gym.
Julian II (32) is also employed and usually comes home as the last. Nevertheless, he still loves to cook together in the evening. He's a hobby footballer and if the time comes, he likes cycling.
