Die WG:
Du würdest mit uns, Daniel und Gerrit zusammenwohnen. Daniel ist 31 und Lehrer. Gerrit ist 27 Jahre alt und Lebensmittelchemie-Student. Wir sind beide Fußball-Enthusiasten und sitzen gerne auch mal bei einem Bierchen in der Küche oder auf dem Balkon. Im Sommer grillen wir gerne zusammen. Natürlich kann man sich aber auch immer zurückziehen, wenn man Ruhe braucht.
Sonstiges:
Das Zimmer wird so übergeben, wie es dein Vormieter Stephan übernommen hat (sprich er nimmt nur die Matratze mit). Im Zimmer verbleiben somit das Bettgestell, der Kleiderschrank, die Kommode, das Regal, der Schreibtisch, sowie der Sessel mit Hocker. Für die Möblierung wird ein Abschlag von 370 € fällig.
Münz-Waschmaschine und -Trockner findest Du im Keller.
Busanbindungen sind im Prinzip direkt vor der Haustür vorhanden, ebenso wie Autostellplätze an der Straße.
