*Es ist eine zwingende Voraussetzung, dass du an der Uni oder FH in Münster studierst, weil wir in einer Wohnung des Studierendenwerks wohnen*
Das Zimmer wird ab dem 01.03 oder 01.04 frei! Leider ist mein Auszugsdatum noch nicht endgültig geklärt. Somit kann noch kein genaues Einzugsdatum genannt werden!
Das Zimmer hat reichlich Platz für alles was man braucht. Es ist aufgrund der Lage auch bei offenem Fenster ruhig und selbst im Sommer ist es schön kühl in der Wohnung.
Übernommen werden muss die Couch (3-er Couch mit Schlaffunktion; Auf 2 Meter ausziehbar mit Lattenrost; Komplett abnehmbarer Bezug), der Sonnenschutz, das Whiteboard und der kleinere Schreibtisch (120x75cm) für insgesamt 400€! Bitte erwähnt in eurer Bewerbung, dass ihr den Abschlag zur Kenntnis genommen habt. So wissen wir, dass ihr die Anzeige wirklich komplett gelesen habt ;)
The WG is located on the edge of the center. From here you need 10 minutes to the castle and 15 to the city. At the train station you'll be by bike in 20 minutes. The scientific, medical and psychological faculty can be reached in less than 10 minutes, as well as the FH. Within 4 minutes you will be on foot at the Bush stop, which runs through the city to the railway station. There is also a night bus. Shopping facilities are available at the York Center (10 min) and in Gievenbeck (10 min) where you can find everything you need. It is particularly great that there is a garden of the student residence in the courtyard, which you can use naturally.
Your roommates are Finja (primary school teacher, 20) and Neltje (primary school teacher, 25). Both are very open and funny people and have fun for everyone. We like to eat together when it offers time, drink a beer and spend time together. For birthdays we also like to organize a WG party and like to do something together and are NOT a purpose WG! Of course, the door can also be closed if you need your rest. It is desirable if you are usually here in Münster on weekends and not only during the week. You should be an active and humorous person and have fun doing something together.
