5er WG-Gemeinschaft sucht Mitbewohni [english inside]

2 Bushaltestellen in der Nähe (Gescherweg und Ahausweg), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 700m entfernt (Rewe, Super BioMarkt, Lidl). Gievenbeck ist schön grün und ruhig mit Wäldchen, dem "Grünen Finger" zur Freizeitgestaltung und mehreren Parkanlagen. Trotzdem bist du in 15 Fahrrad-Minuten in der Innenstadt.
Das Haus liegt in zweiter Reihe an einer größeren Kreuzung, trotzdem gibt es wenig Geräuschbelastung.

There are 2 Busstops nearby (Gescherweg and Ahausweg), supermarkets are 700m away (Rewe, Super Biomarkt, Lidl). Gievenbeck is green and quiet with some forests, the "Grünem Finger" for outside activities and multiple other parks. You can still get to the city centre in 15 minutes by bike.
The apartment is in the second row at a bigger intersection, but there is not a lot of noise.

In der WG wohnen Kathi (sie/ihr) , Björn (er/ihm), Johanna (sie/ihr) und Josie (es), wir sind hier gemeinsam eingezogen, um gemeinschaftlich zu leben und was das genau bedeutet, finden wir immer wieder zusammen heraus. Wir freuen uns über ein Mitbewohni, welches darauf auch Lust hat. Wir teilen Freizeit, Lebensmittel und Mahlzeiten. Die sind immer vegan (manchmal gibt es "freegane" Sachen im Kühlschrank). Wir treffen uns regelmäßig zum WG-Abend, an dem z. B. Orga, spielen, emotionaler Austausch (Check-in-Runden,..) stattfindet. Uns ist der gemeinschaftliche Aspekt miteinander sehr wichtig, wir achten aufeinander und wir wollen offen über unsere Bedürfnisse und über Konflikte sprechen. Wir spielen alle sehr gern verschiedene Gesellschaftsspiele und gehen im Sommer nach draußen in den Park für eine Runde Frisbee. Wir wohnen hier seit drei Jahren und haben viel Platz, der nach und nach gefüllt wird, mit Pflanzen, Farbe, selbstgebauten Möbeln in der Küche und du kannst dich gerne an verschiedenen Stellen einbringen, wenn du Lust hast. :)

Wir setzen uns alle mit Anti-Diskriminierung auseinander und haben den Anspruch, uns selbst im anti-rassistischen (wir sind alle weiß), feministischen Kontext zu reflektieren und tauschen uns gerne darüber aus. Es gibt auch eine aktivistische Ader, die sich unterschiedlich auslebt (Lebensmittel retten, politisches Skillsharing-Camp organisieren). Wenn du uns eine Nachricht schreibst, verrate uns bitte neben Infos zu dir und deinen Vorstellungen für ein WG-Leben auch dein Lieblingsessen, damit wir sehen, dass du auch alles gelesen hast.
Um ehrlich zu sein suchen wir nicht nach einem weiteren cis-Mann in der WG.

Wir nutzen gemeinsam die Küche+Wohnbereich und ein zweites Durchgangs-Wohnzimmer mit kleinem Balkon, alles sehr gemütlich.
Außerdem teilen wir uns mit der Nachbar:innen-WG eine tolle Dachterrasse, auf der wir ein bisschen Gemüse anbauen. Das Haus ist als Gemeinschaftshaus gebaut, sodass es zusätzlich für alle 8 Wohnparteien einen Gemeinschaftsraum, einen Spielraum und eine Werkstatt im Keller gibt.

Was uns sonst noch zum Zusammenleben wichtig ist:
- Es kommt vor, dass auch mal ein Mensch nackt ins Bad flitzt.
- Wir sind eher ruhig, wir sind keine Party-WG, es kann aber durch Besuch auch mal voller werden.
- Die Wohnung ist uns wichtig als Rückzugsort, wir hängen nicht die ganze Zeit aufeinander rum.
- Wir leben alle polyamor, Kathi ist mit Björn verpartnert, was aber im Alltag nicht so sehr auffällt.
- Uns ist eine Ruhezeit zwischen 22 Uhr und 9 Uhr wichtig.
- Es können aus Allergiegründen keine Haustiere mitgebracht werden :(

We are Kathi, Björn, Johanna and Josie, who have moved into this flat to live communal. We are still discovering what that means to us and we are looking forward to a flatmate, who wants to join this process. We share some free time, groceries and meals, which are always vegan (rarely some "freegan" stuff in the fridge). We regularly get together in the evening and do some organising, play some boardgames or share our emotions. The communal aspect of living together is important to us, we care for each other, and want to talk openly about needs and conflicts. We really like playing board games together and in the summer going to the park and play some frisbee. Living here for two years we have a lot of space to fill with plants, paint, selfbuilt furniture and you can leave your fingerprint if you want. :)

We all care a lot about anti-discrimination and want to reflect ourselves in the anti-racist (all of us are white), feminist context and talk about these topics. We all do some activism in saving food or organising a political skillsharing camp. When writing us a message please include not only information about yourself and your expectations of community life, but also tell us about your favorite food, so we know you have read our text.
To be honest, we do not look for another cis-man in the flat.

Our communal spaces are the kitchen and living space and a second open room with a small balcony, which we try to keep cozy. Additionaly we share a rooftop terrace with the neighboring WG. The house was designed to be a communal house so there are multiple spaces that can be used by the whole house, which include a big communal room with a kitchen, a kids playroom, and a small workshop.

Other things that are important to us:
- it can happen that someone dashes to the bathroom naked.
- we are mostly quiet and definitely not a party WG. But if multiple people have visitors it can be a bit packed.
- the flat is important to us as a retreat, so we don't spend all time together.
- all of us are living polyamor, Kathi and Björn are in a partnership. But in our everyday life in the flat this is not that noticable.
- it's important to us that between 22 and 9 o'clock it's more quiet in the flat.
- because we have some allergies we can't allow pets :(

Wir teilen die Miete solidarisch und sind immer wieder darüber im Austausch. Daher ist die Angabe hier kein fester Preis, du kannst zahlen, was du kannst, in Absprache mit uns.

Covid-Info: Wir sind alle geboostert und unabhängig von deinem persönlichen Umgang mit dem Thema ist uns wichtig, dass alle Mitbewohnies geimpft sind.

We are sharing the fees solidaricly and are talking about money as a topic regularly. Because of that the 450€ is not fixed and you can pay what is possible for you if we can make ends meet.
