Ich vermiete mein wunderschönes WG-Zimmer im Hansaviertel unter, da ich ein Semester in Spanien verbringe!
Dein Zimmer ist circa 16-18 Quadratmeter groß, möbliert und der Nachmittagssonne zugewandt. Obligatorisch fürs Hansaviertel zählt zum Mobiliar natürlich ein eingebautes Hochbett aus Holz, das unten viel Raum für Sofaecke und Schreibtisch lässt. Deine beiden großen Fenster gehen in den Hinterhof, es ist also meistens schön ruhig. Es hat aber auch schon den ein oder anderen Filmeabend oder Innenhof-Flohmarkt dort gegeben. <3

## Castings in december! ##
Your room has a size of about 16-18 square meters and faces the sunny side of the house. It is furnished - including a little wooden loft that leaves lots of space for a desk and couch area "downstairs". Your two big windows face the calm backyard. Mostly calm, that is. We recommend movie nights or clothing swap markets with friends and neighbours down there!
Die WG ist in der Dortmunderstr., mitten im belebten Hansaviertel, zwischen Hauptbahnhof und Kanal. (Der ist übrigens auch in mal-eben-reinspring-Entfernung.) Hier im Viertel gibt es viele schöne Cafés und Bars, sowie Rewe, Edeka, netto, dm, Bäcker, Späti-Kiosks und alles was das Herz sonst noch begehrt in Fußentfernung.
Man ist schnell zu Fuß (8 min) oder mit dem Fahrrad (3 min) in der Innenstadt, aber kann auch entspannt am Kanal den Tag ausklingen lassen.
Was ÖPNV angeht, kommt man vom Hauptbahnhof super überall hin.

The flat is near the Kanal, but also close to the city center - by bike it takes no more than 3 minutes, (8 min walking). The main station is less than 10 minutes of walking distance away, and so is all the public transport.
There are all sorts of grocery and drugstores, bakeries, cafés, bars and late night kiosks within 5 minutes walking distance.
Deine Mitbewohner*innen beißen nicht und sind Freunde des liebevollen Miteinanders.
Max, 22, studiert Architektur, hat einen favel für die Farbe grün, ist oft auf flohmärkten oder überteuerten Cafés zu finden und immer zum quatschen in der küche. Timo, 22, ist (da wette ich einen 5er drauf) der herzlichste und offenste BWL-Studi, den du je kennen gelernt hast. Besonders begeistert er sich für food saving und seine big band. Laura, 22, theoretisch Soziologie-Studentin aber praktisch viel eher Animal Crossing-Enthusiastin und Häkel- & Strick-Maus.
Ich selbst bin Marieke, 24, Psychologie-Studentin im Master mit einer Schwäche für ausgedehnte Frühstücke und Country Musik (als politische guilty pleasure).
Allerdings kommt auf die WG eine kleine Umbruchphase zu, da sich bei Laura und Timo die Studien-Abschnitte dem Ende zuneigen und auch Max mit einem Auslandssemester liebäugelt. Nichts genaues weiß man noch nicht, aber es ist durchaus möglich, dass du dir deine Mitbewohnis ein wenig mit aussuchen kannst (falls du ne freund*in in der Hinterhand hast :D) oder sogar im Anschluss an die Zwischenmiete eines der anderen Zimmer übernimmst.

Max, 22, is studying architecture, has a favela for the colour green, is often found at flea markets or overpriced cafes and always chattering in the kitchen. Timo, 22, is the warmest and most open-minded business student you've ever met (I'll bet 5€ on that). He is particularly enthusiastic about food saving and his big band. Laura, 22, is, in theory at least, a sociology student but practically much more of an Animal Crossing enthusiast and crochet & knitting mom.
I am Marieke, I study Psychology in my Masters and have a soft spot for long breakfasts. My political guilty pleasure is US-American Country Music, lol.
However, the flat share is facing a bit of a transition period, as Laura and Timo's studies are coming to an end sometime next year-ish and Max is also toying with the idea of a semester abroad. We don't know anything for sure yet, but it's quite possible that you'll be able to help choose a flatmate (if you have a friend in mind?) or even take over one of the other rooms after the temporary tenancy.
We have a cleaning schedule that helps us keep things in order.
Unser Vermieter nimmt laut Vertrag leider typischerweise nur Leute, die aktuell als Studis eingeschrieben sind! Die Miete ist eine Warmmiete, auf die nur noch die angegeben 25-30€ für Internet und GEZ drauf kommen.
Castings würden wir gerne noch dieses Jahr machen!

Unfortunately, our landlord typically only accepts people who are currently enrolled as students! The rent is a warm rent, to which only the stated €25-30 for internet and GEZ are added.
We'd like to do the Castings this year still!
