The apartment is not large with about 72m2 but well cut. There are four rooms, one of which we have set up as a living room. We have direct access to the garden via a spiral staircase in the kitchen.
The room is approx. 12sqm relatively small, but since a high bed is installed, it makes it all the larger;). It goes south to Hansaring.
The apartment is very well located. To the main station you need a maximum of 5 minutes walk and also to the city centre you need about 8-10 minutes by bike. With the location right at Hansaring you have in the immediate neighborhood Rewe, Edeka, Aldi, Penny and dm, some cafes, a baker and the canal is also not far.
The apartment is just above a bar, especially in summer or on weekends it can be a little louder in front of the window.
To date, Albert (28), Florentine (22) and Leni (24) have lived here. Our WG life was very friendly and harmonious. We share many purchases, cook or play together or sit together in the kitchen. Florentine had the room for the intermediate rental inne and now someone is supposed to move in there again.
We are very well friends with a WG from the 3rd floor of our house and garden together in summer, play games or drink tea together.
Leni and Albert live in the WG. Leni studies science philosophy. In her spare time she reads a lot and takes care of her plants or new decoration for the WG.
Albert studies architecture. In his spare time he plays Billiard in a club and cooks very delicious.
As a cohabitant, we would be happy to have a person who likes to have a common household and nice living together. To date, we have all fed vegan/vegetarian, that is not a must for new co-habitation, but of course it makes it easier to buy or cook together.
We share a washing machine with the WG from above. We have a key to the apartment and can therefore wash every time.
