Hello dear WG seekers :)
We are looking for a new roommate or a new roommate for our 4 WG as I plan to move out. With us a bright, cozy 14 m2 room is free, which is filled with a lot of daylight through large windows.
Our WG is quite spacious: There is a shared bathroom, a separate toilet, an equipped kitchen and a practical storage room, where every room will find space for things not to be in the room. The large hallway provides an open, friendly atmosphere.
Overall, we live with you to fourth and appreciate a harmonious and easy coexistence – whether common bullshit or simply relaxed living.
In our WG, three friendly roommates await you:
Tim (21) studies BWL, goes to Gym and spends a lot of time with friends. He sometimes makes for a little surprise when he brings rolls from work. Together we like to chat comfortably in the kitchen.
Nic (23) is an actor if you're lucky you can experience him live in the Wolfgang-Borcher-Theater. He loves to cook and has properly expanded the spice collection. Nic is always happy to have a glass of wine for a good conversation.
Nick (23) studies chemical engineering, is extroverted & athletic. (American Football and Gym) He likes to cook with friends on weekends and also loves to cook.
Overall, we are an open and warm WG in which the motto “Everything can, nothing has to” applies.
Nevertheless, we are looking for someone who is really interested in WG life as we are not a pure purpose WG and appreciate a friendly & harmonious coexistence.
The rent for the room is €311,21 and already includes hot and cold rental, electricity, internet and the radio fee – so there are no additional costs for you. For shared kitchen utensils, washing machine and other purchases, a one-time discount of €200 applies. The deposit is 630 € (approximately two monthly rentals) and is repaid after the withdrawal.
For the room, it would be great if you were willing to take over the bed frame with drawers, the slatted grate, the curtains, the streaks and the clothes racks at a price of € 450 – everything is in a new and well-maintained state.
In addition, there is also the possibility to take over additional furniture such as the IKEA (completely new with billing) or the desk and the sofa, but this is not a must and can be discussed very relaxed.
