Your new room is 13.7 sq.m. (without picking up the slopes) and is relaxed to the garden. Therefore it is very quiet and in summer we are blowing - despite the attic - a cool breeze in.
The room has two windows, a roof window and a window to the garden and is therefore also bright.
Although the room has some slants, with something furnishing was never a problem and is therefore also particularly cozy.
Our WG is located in the middle of the beautiful and quiet Kreuzviertel. The house has a large garden that can be used by all parties and especially in summer offers the opportunity to grill even in larger rounds or relax in the hammock in the trees.
Here is a short overview of the distances (data in bicycle minutes):
Shops: 3 minutes Rewe, 5 minutes York Center (Aldi, Rewe, Lidl, Superbiomarkt, DM, Decathlon, ...) Apotheke: direkt vor der Haustür

Uni: between 5 and 10 minutes depending on the institute.
Green facilities can also be reached within 3 minutes with the Viennaburgpark and the promenade.
If you enter Google Maps as a location "Nordplatz", you can make a more accurate picture of the environment. In addition, here and especially around the Kreuzkirche there is a relaxing drive with many small cafés and all possible restaurants and bars.
Your future roommates are Lotti (23, Psychology), Jakob (22, Netherlands Germany studies) and Leo (20, Psychology).
We are very open and relaxed people and always a lot and like to be on the go - whether in sports, in university, with friends at the Aasee/channel and also certainly in the old town or at the Hawerkamp. As a WG we like to cook together, play a wizard round, go to Raphael's ice cream or try a new bar. However, one must also say that we all have a relatively large amount of work to do on the basis of studies and also voluntary commitment and are therefore usually not at home during the day. For this we are looking forward to the good WG atmosphere and relaxed conversations or a beer in the living room or on the balcony on a free evening or weekend. In addition, a clean environment and order in our WG is of course for us. Overall, we are three open-minded roommates: those who do not take themselves too seriously and look for a suitable person. <=3

As other tenants, we find a logopedia practice (EG) and two families with children (1st and 2nd OG), to which we have a very good and relaxed relationship for years and with the volume there were never any problems.
The discount consists of: 90 € bed, 150 € WG purchases (washing machine, dishwasher, beamer etc.)
