Hello dear ones, from mid-February to mid-April I rent my great WG room under, as I will drive around for some time elsewhere :) Your room has about 20-22 square meters and is therefore very spacious! It is rented with all the furniture you can see on the photos. The room is the brightest in the WG, through the windows you look at the quiet street and a café, here you can enjoy morning coffee very much:)
You would pay 340 euros per month, additional costs are already included!
We share a kitchen and a small living/dining room equipped with sofa, dishwasher and several kitchen appliances. We also have 2 bathrooms with washing machine. We dry laundry in our rooms :)
The apartment is very central, about 5 minutes walk from REWE at the Kreuztor and the Kreuzkirche, the York Center is almost around the corner and by bike you are almost everywhere in Nullkommanichts. You can drink coffee right in front of the front door and down in the house there is a cute bakery.
We like to spend time together, whether cooking, cruising, drinking coffee or watching series. We often go shopping together and occasionally go to planned WG finishes, but they usually result spontaneously. We share our food so far, but if you don't like it, you can take it out of it, of course:) my cohabitants would be happy to have you for the one or other WG action, but to what extent you can naturally talk! Overall, we are a very promising WG ;-)
