Your future Wg room is rather small with 10sqm, but very cozy! It has 2 large windows through the almost all-day the sun laughs 🌞 Besides, there is an approx. 2qm large room available, which you can use wonderfully as a wardrobe. The room is handed over unfurnished, so you can unfold freely as far as the furnishings are concerned :)
We share a large kitchen with a large table, a cozy sofa, a dishwasher and a number of kitchen utensils. We also have a large and a small bathroom.
Who can claim to have a REWE in the house? There is also a general physician and a pharmacy in the house.
Generally we live directly on the promenade, in the Kreuzviertel. So you have a huge garden area to grill and sun directly opposite. From there you need to walk to the castle 10 min, with the bike 2 min, to the aasee with the bike 10 min and to the port or Hawerkamp maximum 15 min. You run to the old town about 5 minutes, as well as to the overwater church and thus also to the city centre.
If you want to take the bus, it will take you to the main station in 7 minutes and the stop is right opposite the house :)
Leander (24 years) is currently in the last stages of his design studies at FH Münster. When he has time and pleasure he painted canvases, which are then distributed throughout the apartment. Otherwise, he's just a crazy dude with which it won't get boring and which one definitely closes into the heart quickly.
Lena (26 years) has studied organic and English and brings much positive energy to the WG. She's pretty excited about everything and likes to try out new things - especially when it comes to sports activities. Lena's room is a plant paradise and also as far as creative furnishings are concerned, it is a professional. You have fun with her in any case, but also profound conversations can be performed with her at any time!
Michelle (25 years) studies psychology at the Fernuni. She always has an open ear for you, is a lot with her people and likes to flee to another country where there is more sun. As far as the order in the WG is concerned, it has revolutionized a lot. Michelle is chilled and sweet, but still knows where it goes. They always find time for a good coffee.
All in all, we are a very harmonious WG that likes to do something together - whether cooking, volleyball or in the evening together with a round of Trash TV, Mario Kart or a cup of tea - usually rather spontaneously planned than long.
We look forward to finding your place in the WG and feeling comfortable!
There would be a discount for purchases such as dishwasher and washing machine, how high it is, but then we would personally discuss with you in the Wg Casting!
