I am Melina and will now move out of my beloved WG after 4 years, so a new room will be free with us :-)
The room would be accessible from mid-February.
It's not the largest room, but I've always been able to do everything and feel at home.
The room is located in the EC and has the window towards the north, which unfortunately makes it somewhat darker, but no less cuddly. Your view goes out to our small fine back garden, which we call in summer lovingly "small green oasis". One or other night can also be slept well there in summer, it always remains pleasantly cool.
In addition, we have a sunny counterpart, the Piazza, our front garden, where you are intensively supplied with sun when it shows up in Münster. Each room also has its own sink, I packed a small tea station into the room, which I can recommend.
I've built a little high-rise into my room as a storage space that I'm likely to expand, except you say you want to take it. Then we can talk about a price :-)
In a small, quiet one-way street in the Kreuzviertel, at the Schlosstheater and York-Center. The promenade is not far away so you can get anywhere you want. The location is great for walking, as we are surrounded by the Viennaburgpark, Schlosspark and the Gasselstieg. The Öffis are easily accessible.
Paul, Karla, Lena, Lisa, Paula, Rocco, Allegra and Erik live in the WG. We are all in our 20s and are working on studying, working and unauthorized. Since we have 2 floors, everything is distorted and you will always have enough room for you. Allegra and Karla will move out in the next time so that you can revive the WG with new wind. A popular meeting place is especially at the present season the large shared kitchen, which offers plenty of space for hanging and cooking.
The WG life is community oriented, one likes to meet spontaneously and sucks, eats together, makes spontaneous snowball battles (if it snows again), makes trips to the canal (currently ice baths) or goes out together. At the same time, you always have your freedom to withdraw and spend time with you.
We are looking for a person who wants to actively participate in the WG life, share, participate and shape community living.

The rent can possibly increase slightly again, usually by 20€. No deposit is required. The 15€ are a monthly WG fee paid for all necessary within the WG.
