This beautiful and bright room will be on 1. February until the end of June for 5 months, as I am in my semester abroad in Madrid during this period.
The room is about 16 square meters and is rented with all furniture in the pictures. These include the screen and the TV. If you want to bring something yourself, there is also the possibility to put some of my furniture in the cellar. The apartment also includes a large terrace with own garden, which have already provided good services for WG parties. In addition to the bathroom there is also a guest bathroom.
The price of 460€ is all-inclusive with GEZ, WLAN, electricity, etc.
The apartment is located in Uppenberg (directly above the Kreuzviertel) and is therefore close to the Leonardo Campus, several shopping opportunities at the Germania-Campus and York Center, as well as many bars and pubs in Jüdefelder Straße. In addition, a bus stop with connection to the ring line and other lines is located in the immediate vicinity.
The two other roommates study and work both. However, there is always something to be done together, such as going to celebrate common cooking evenings or together.
