The apartment is located on the left side of the cross quarter, close to Steinfurter Street and near the Schlostheater and the York Center. To the castle, to the old or the city centre, it is just 5 minutes of bike. Many supermarkets are within walking distance, and also bus stops are not far.

Die Wohnung liegt am linken Rand des Kreuzviertels, nah an der Steinfurter Straße und in der Nähe des Schlosstheaters und des York-Centers. Zum Schloss, in die Alt- oder Innenstadt sind es gerade mal 5 Fahrrad-Minuten. Viele Supermärkte sind in Gehnähe entfernt, außerdem sind auch Bushaltestellen nicht weit.

In each floor of the WG two roommates live and use the respective bathroom together.
The WG consists of two separate apartments, which is why there are two living doors. The kitchen is located in the lower apartment.

The life of the WG is very relaxed. From strangers have become friends & so are common evenings and excursions. Sometimes you sit spontaneously in the kitchen, you go to sports or Fynn's basketball games, or you take a trip to Ikea for lunch only. Of course, there is a cleaning service, with the people responsible for the bathroom, which they mainly use.
There is also a washing machine and a dishwasher.

Fynn, 23, has lived in the WG since August. One or the other would call him "Gentle Giant," who is as humorous as deep. He studies architecture and plays basketball. He also gives the best handshakes.

Enya, 22, has been there since September. She's one of the most creative people. It doesn't last a week when she doesn't make or do anything. You can also do well with your car-karaoke, run self-care & laugh. Achso & she studies basic education with special education sport.

Alexa, 21, lives with us since November. If anyone knows about Memes, it's Lexi. They have now also become a daily language in the WG through them. She always has an open ear, as good humor as everyone, and also plays basketball.

So, you realize that the WG is not long in the constellation. Nevertheless, we all grew together quickly and have spent a lot of time together. We are not a purpose-WG and would be happy if you are also available for good memes, humor, common time and time.

In jedem Geschoss der WG wohnen je zwei Mitbewohnis und nutzen das jeweilige Bad zusammen.
Die WG besteht aus ehemals zwei seperaten Wohnungen weshalb es zwei Wohnungstüren gibt. Die Küche befindet sich in der unteren Wohnung.

Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt. Aus Fremden sind Freunde geworden & so entstehen gemeinsame Abende und Ausflüge. Mal sitzt man spontan zusammen in der Küche, mal geht man zum Sport oder zu Fynns Basketballspielen oder man macht einen Ausflug zu Ikea nur fürs Mittagessen. Natürlich gibt es einen Putzdienst, wobei die Personen für das Bad verantwortlich sind, welches sie hauptsächlich nutzen.
Es gibt außerdem eine Wasch- und eine Spülmaschine.

Fynn, 23, lebt in der WG seit August. Der ein oder andere würde ihn als “Gentle Giant” bezeichnen, der genauso humorvoll, wie tiefgründig ist. Er studiert Architektur und spielt auch Basketball. Außerdem gibt er die besten Handshakes.

Enya, 22, ist seit September dabei. Sie ist eine der kreativsten Personen. Es vergeht keine Woche, in der sie nicht irgendetwas bastelt oder künstelt. Außerdem kann man gut mit ihr Auto-Karaoke machen, selfcare betreiben & lachen. Achso & sie studiert Grundlehramt mit Sonderpädagogik Sport.

Alexa, 21, wohnt seit November bei uns. Wenn sich einer mit Memes auskennt, dann Lexi. Die sind mittlerweile auch zu Sprachalltag in der WG durch sie geworden. Sie hat immer ein offenes Ohr, genauso guten Humor wie alle und spielt ebenfalls Basketball.

Also, du merkst, dass die WG in der Konstellation noch nicht lange besteht. Trotzdem sind wir alle schnell zusammen gewachsen und haben schon viel Zeit zusammen verbracht. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und würden uns drüber freuen, wenn du auch für gute Memes, Humor, gemeinsame Zeit sowie me-time zu haben bist.

Ich würde mein Brimnes Bett (140x200) von Ikea sowie einen kleinen quadratischen Schreibtisch (ccxcc) für einen Abschlag hierlassen.
Genauso haben wir durch die Wechsel im Herbst etwas Ausstattung und Küchen-Möbel gekauft, für die ebenfalls ein Abschlag verlangt werden würde.🫶🏼
