Hello. My room will be available for a couple of months.
The room is spacious, has high ceilings and is bright.
The apartment in general is a beautiful and large old building apartment with a cozy, spacious kitchen, where the WG meets each other and with a large bathroom with bathtub, shower and window.
The room is furnished, but of course I'm going to clean up my private things and make room for you to get your stuff under. We can also discuss more precisely when we learn to know. :-)

The situation could not be better.
The apartment is close to the Hohenzollernring near Wolbeckerstraße.
The room goes out to a side street from the Hohenzollernring, so despite the central location it is very quiet. The connection to public transport and the city centre is also good and it is within walking distance to the railway station, the Hansaviertel and to the shopping shops of daily need, such as Rewe and Dm. But also by bike you are super fast everywhere. There are many restaurants, cafes, bars, etc. in the surrounding area.

You would live together with Shaun (31) and Nico (28).
The two are very relaxed and we often hang together in the kitchen. Nico is a trained cook, but now works in the social field as a school companion. Shaun is a theater teacher and works as a caretaker. Shaun sometimes organizes DnD games and Nico likes to play guitar.
We like to eat together and chat in the kitchen, but of course everyone also has its retreat.
Generally, it is very loose and open in the WG. It's sometimes there.
