The apartment is located in Egbertstraße in the tranquil Mauritzviertel and within four minutes walk you can reach Rewe, other supermarkets, bakers and cafes. The two-minute bus stop connects well to public transport. By bike you can reach the city centre in about eight minutes.

Die Wohnung liegt in der Egbertstraße im beschaulichen Mauritzviertel und innerhalb von vier Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man Rewe, weitere Supermärkte, Bäcker und Cafes. Durch die zweiminütig entfernte Bushaltestelle ist man gut an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel angebunden. Mit dem Fahrrad schafft man es in ca. acht Minuten in die Innenstadt.

You'd be with Tim (19) and Julia-Anna (19). Tim studies German and sports at the teacher's office and Julia-Anna studies law. We are not a purpose WG and have always understood each other very well what makes the WG life naturally relaxed. Our friends are also more often found in the apartment and Tim and Julia-Anna would of course be happy to have you with it. Of course you can invite your friends, we were always very open. Of course, it's also perfectly okay if you need your rest and want to retreat.

Du würdest mit Tim (19) und Julia-Anna (19) zusammenziehen. Tim studiert Deutsch und Sport auf Lehramt und Julia-Anna studiert Jura. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und haben uns untereinander immer sehr gut verstanden, was das WG-Leben natürlich entspannt macht. Unsere Freunde sind auch öfter in der Wohnung anzutreffen und Tim und Julia-Anna würden sich natürlich freuen dich dabei zu haben. Du kannst selbstverständlich auch deine Freunde einladen, wir waren da immer sehr offen. Natürlich ist es aber auch vollkommen okay, wenn du mal deine Ruhe brauchst und dich zurückziehen möchtest.

Since we re-established the WG for the winter semester 2024, we have re-created many furnishings for kitchen and living room to make the apartment nice and cozy. Of course, you also benefit from the new facility when you move in, and therefore there is a discount of 800 euros. In the acquisition my share cost 1183 euros, but I am willing to meet you there. Upon request, the individual amounts can also be shown to you in more detail. When moving, of course, the property is transferred to you in proportion.
This amount in such a height is achieved by equipping the kitchen with various utensils and dishes, a dining table with 5 chairs, a SMEG refrigerator and shelves (see photo). In addition, a new washing machine and a smart TV for the living room were bought and the complete apartment was repainted. In the living room there is also a new sofa (see photo) from the beginning of March.

Wichtig!!

Da wir zum Wintersemester 2024 die WG neu gegründet haben, haben wir viele Einrichtungsgegenstände für Küche und Wohnzimmer neu angeschafft, um die Wohnung schön und wohnlich zu gestalten. Von der neuen Einrichtung profitierst du natürlich bei Einzug auch und deshalb gibt es einen Ablösebetrag von 800 Euro. In der Anschaffung hat mein Anteil 1183 Euro gekostet, ich bin aber bereit Dir dort etwas entgegenzukommen. Auf Nachfrage können dir die Einzelbeträge auch genauer aufgezeigt werden. Bei Umzug geht der Besitz selbstverständlich dann anteilig an dich über.
Dieser Betrag in einer solchen Höhe kommt durch das Ausstatten der Küche mit diversen Utensilien und Geschirr, einem Esstisch mit 5 Stühlen, einem SMEG Kühlschrank und Regalen (s.Fotos) zustande. Außerdem wurde eine neue Waschmaschine und ein Smart-TV für das Wohnzimmer gekauft und die komplette Wohnung neu gestrichen. Im Wohnzimmer steht auch ab Anfang März ein neues Sofa (s. Foto).
