The room is approx. 16m2 large and south-east oriented and thus beautifully bright. It is cut square, so you can set it up completely according to your preference. The highlight of the room is your own balcony in the future, on which you can sit well.
The apartment is located in the beautiful Mauritz district in a quiet street. From here you are also super fast at the canal, where you can jog a round after a busy day, walk or swim in the summer.
Aldi, Rewe, Net, Baker and Rossmann are within walking distance. By bike you are in 10min in the old town and university. If you want to leave your bike, there is a bus in front of the front door towards the city center/hf.
Since I will be finished with my ref (Jura) in November 2025, the room is limited until the end of December. Depending on where I find a job, you might then take over the apartment.
With me (Mitra, 28) you will definitely not come to any purpose WG. However, since I am currently in preparation for exams and learning at home during the day, a quiet person would be important to me, too, to work already. I'm a sociable person who likes to make an evening together. In my spare time I'm at the gymnastics in the HSP and I've been jogging since this semester. Since I started my studies, which has been a little longer, I have almost lived in WGs and found very good friends there. For future WG actions, I am always open, be it together to cook, eat, play, watch a movie in a relaxed way or snatch over God and the world in a glass of wine! But of course everyone also has its retreat and the opportunity to relax, whether in society or alone.
The kitchen is spacious and equipped with everything the heart desires (oven, dishwasher, microwave, etc.). A very special luxury is our small but fine living room :)
The newly renovated bathroom with shower and toilet is not huge but completely sufficient. The apartment also got new windows last summer.
Even if the apartment has enough space to hang up laundry, there is a very spacious attic with linen lines, where you can hang up your bed linen. There is also a bicycle cellar and a separate basement compartment.
Electricity, Wi-Fi and GEZ are included in the additional costs. For kitchen, refrigerator and washing machine, a discount of 400 € would be required.
