in our beautiful and central WG we offer a room under the week. Every 2 weeks Phil's daughter is visiting and using the room, but she's cool to share the room. On the other two weekends, the room would basically be available to you after consultation if you would like to be with us in MS;) The room is freshly painted, located to the south side and thus very bright and has its own 7 meter long south balcony. Both other living areas have their own balcony.
The apartment extends over 2 floors, in the upper living room Phil. In principle, however, our doors are open, if we are not there, then music can also be heard above or the beamer can be thrown at.
For the joint design of the living situation and the room we are open in principle, space is definitely enough available and it is ideal for someone who works in Münster and who is looking for a room under the week and wants to be here only occasionally on weekends. In the specified All-In price, a 2/3 - 1/3 division of the total rent with newly adjusted energy costs is taken into account.
The apartment is located in a well maintained multi-family house in Münster Centrum, within sight of the HBF, so everything is within walking distance.
We are Phil (40, economic engineer), Merle on weekend (15) and Simon (29, doctoral student at university). We are, as far as our everyday life is allowed, a non-Zweck-WG, carefully walk around and spend time together. So you should basically like to have WG life, talk to cooking, beamer evening, go out, play something. We maintain an open-door policy here, share many of our (vegetarian) foods and look forward to an enrichment of our WG life under the week.
We've been renovating a lot lately. So you can enjoy a fully equipped apartment with modern kitchen and all the equipment that desires the heart.
There is a fast and fail-safe Internet line with stable Wi-Fi and the possibility of a permanent VPN connection if you like Phil depend on occasional work from home.
We are looking forward to individual messages and a brief idea of your person if you don't get out of the area is a virtual learning and WG showing no problem at all;)
