Since I founded a new WG with a few friends, I'm sorry to have to move out of this room.
The room is about 16sqm and comes equipped with desk + chair, clothes rack and wardrobe. The things would also have to be taken over, for which there are also some things in the kitchen like an extra fridge and several cabinets.
Since the room is located in the deep area, it is always pleasantly cool in summer.
The location in the RHW complex is really great, through the proximity to the Fachhochschul Zentrum, among other things, and the Leonardo Campus. The campus Cafe/ Gym is also located next door, where the Uni Beach and Football League are organised.
Number 2 and N85 stops about 3 minutes walk from the apartment. Next to the bus station is also a baker.
The room overlooks the courtyard of the residential complex. The courtyard is very quiet and ideal to take a break in the summer.
You'd be dating Jannik (27). Jannik studies social work and works in the bar Celona. We had a super relaxed living together and you would certainly understand yourself very well with Him:)
However, as he is currently looking for his own one-room apartment, it is not quite unlikely that you could find yourself a:n roommate.
The rent is the fixed rent, i.e. there are no additional costs. GEZ and Imternet are also included in the amount.
Since the apartment, like all in the RHW student residence, is part of the Studierendenwerk Münster, you must be registered as a student.
