We are looking for a rental agent for a room from 1.2..

The room is about 16 m2 large, rectangular cut and has two large windows, making it always beautifully bright. The apartment is located in the EC (high divider), has an internal bathroom and a kitchen including dining area. For the warm summer days there is a balcony facing the courtyard. Bicycles or things that do not find space in the WG can be placed in the bicycle cellar or on the attic. There is also a washing cellar with washing machines and dryers. The cover includes the costs for a dishwasher, various kitchen items and newly built-in blinds.

The apartment is located in the student residence Rudolf-Harbig-Weg, on the outskirts of the center on the border with Gievenbeck and offers a very good location for students. Shops, such as the York Center, can be reached in 5 minutes by bike. There are both Lidl, Aldi, Rewe, DM and Saturn as well as a pharmacy. The city centre can be reached in 10 minutes and the train station in about 15 - 20 minutes by bike. The FH, the natural sciences and the sports faculties are particularly close (all within a radius of 1km).

Our WG consists of three rooms, two of which are currently inhabited by Mathis (25, studied Sports and Reli at Lehramt) and Jan (also 25, studied Physics). Your new roommates would be open, easy, sporty and social students in the second master semester. Both play and watch football. The WG is also happy to cook together, playing one or the other round of Dart or MarioKart or drinking one or the other beer together.
