The apartment is located in beautiful Roxel, just outside the city center, in a quiet multi-family house. This house also includes a drying room, a bicycle cellar and a basement compartment assigned to the WG.
There are several shops, a swimming pool, several bus stops and a train station. The apartment is surrounded by many walks.
Despite the quiet location in the countryside, there is a good transport connection and the center can be easily reached by bus.
The rental price of 520€ includes all additional costs (electricity, water, heating, internet).
The apartment includes two living/bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and shower and a storage room. It is fully equipped with all necessary furniture and a washing machine.
The room is bright, with parquet and has a private balcony.
Now to me: My name is Diane, I am 20 years old and I have been studying German and evangelical theology at the University of Münster since October. Since then I have been living in the apartment in Roxel and I am very happy with it.
My hobbies include reading, baking, walking and spending time with friends or family.
I'm looking for a rather quiet roommate, not a party mouse that is satisfied with the quiet location of the apartment and just as I care that the apartment is clean and tidy.
I am very open to common activities, but they are not a must for me.
